Billions of years of evolution have crafted beings so intelligent and so complex that we can't even dream of recreating something similar. Every organism has a predetermined maximum lifespan for a reason. Decay and entropy are the ways of the world and the only way that the cycle of life can move on. Prolonging the lifespan of the rich and famous only helps bottleneck the natural cycle, contributing to the very real problem of overpopulation that is ruining this world faster than anything. Resources are already scarce, rent is only getting higher, pollution and disease only grows more rampant and dangerous. All this time and effort he's putting into this very clear mental disorder of his could have been invested into research for Alzheimer's, Parkinson's and other diseases which unjustly shorten the natural lifespan of people. People, mostly in the mainstream have been shitting on Bryan for the amount of stuff he does but what he is doing is next level and brilliant that he is putting out everything he does and why he does it out for free, documenting everything he does along the way. Lots of the stuff he does isn’t as expensive as you’d think, especially the nutrition and supplements +fitness aspects. The majority of that 2 million coming from the comprehensive testing, imaging, and devices like the red light therapies, paying experts+doctors and everything in between.

I have new and different approach for longevity. Somebody asked me, what is the secret of long life, I smiled and said LIFE. Life is like money, the more you have, the more you spend, the more you have, the more you can live.
If we can increase the quantity of life, we can live very very long life. The scientific approach is not effective as it focuses on death not life. If you have life, death is not an issue.

Just to be clear, its not the exact time that Bryan wakes up that makes his body efficient. It's the fact that his circadian rhythm has adjusted to that time and it has been consistent for years. I always see this in videos that people wake up at 5 am because someone else does, and they complain they don't have the energy they should. Well thats because your body is use to waking up at 9 am and is wholly unaccustomed to that time.

The news outlets love their clickbait drama to get clicks and advertising revenue, and they know that almost all of their audience are fat, depressed, and unhealthy. So, they misleadingly present Bryan's "process" as some rich, vampiric/mentally unwell fad that's completely out of reach for the average person that can't spent $2 million a year. It makes their readers feel good about themselves. The reality is, you can get probably 75% of the results Bryan does by JUST following a similar diet, maximizing your sleep, and not abusing toxic vices like cigarettes/drugs/alcohol/junk food etc
Even my Dad, who is a Doctor and has eaten healthily his whole life read one of these articles and thought Bryan was a weirdo. The news outlets are absolutely brutal and designed to mislead at every opportunity. Hopefully at least a few people who click them realize that even if Bryan has taken it to the extreme, we can all benefit from his research and experience.

This guy isn't going by stuff based on "feelings", he's putting numbers on everything so it can be replicated & tested and referenced. @@mdc123-v2v No he is at 5%. Of course he's not gonna look like Olympic competitors without all the muscle and steroids. It's really not zero. Some people are genetically gifted and he spends millions towards his health every year.

This man is so crazy but I have so much respect for him and what he does. If you think deeply about this, it feels like looking into a whole different planet, different society, it's crazy. It looks like such a distant reality, but it could be OUR reality, it might actually be the future, or at least what hopefully might become... Learning to have such control and power over our bodies and emotions, the whole bedroom thing and his whole mindset around it... It's a new way of existing. He might just be eccentric, or he might be developing the world's new reality
