Another good tip I found when doing my tires is to lay the tire on a bucket to make sure when the air fills the tire it will be level instead of it being lop sided
Some time that'll work but always have a tank compressor or how my buddies pronounce it bring the booska lol it enject the tire of 130 psi too fill the tire with amount of air but only 20 to 30 psi will remain in the tire so make sure too fill in the air about 95 or 105 sometimes 110 psi

@Bruce Lee - it matters which side of the rim you are trying to mount the tire on - i had mine backwards - flipped it over and the tire went right on, piece of cake
I must have the world's worst tire because I have tried several ways to break the bead and it just won't break. I drove over the tire with my truck and the bead did not break. I placed a piece of wood as a ramp and drove the truck onto the ramp and the bead still did not break. I tried using tie down straps and the strap broke. These videos can be miss leading because there are some tires that it is easy to break the bead. When you have a tire and rim that has been sitting outside exposed to the elements the bead seems like it is much harder to seperate.

i would never drive a truck tyre flat. you run the risk of breaking sidewall steel bracing cords, with the risk of the tyre later having a sidewall blowout.
Yup the guy in the bottom is right lol an 80 22.5 or even a 75 22.5 are only for single semi trailers mainly for hoppers trailer or prium or petite even for single trailers the super single has only been used for semi truck so far that i worked on lol and man there a bitch to put back on somtimes especially when that plastic cover is on lol

You can tell this guy took more than 10 minutes cause he had to cut out every time he ran into a problem try using the right tools it should take less than 10 to do that job the rim was clean and that's a soft tire
My record for a truck tyre removed and replaced with new tyre is 1.58. yes, 1 minute 58 seconds.. quickest way to do it, leave the wheel on the truck but have it couple inches off the ground, less pressure with yourself when getting it off as all the pressure is on the truck wheel and not against you. This video took too long, I want my view back 😂😂.. but at least he done a good job and the trye won't blow up or come off..

Not enough lube putting tyre back on
That’s a 395/80R22.5(super single) I find them hard to strip and we use a sledge hammer and metal plates to break the beads
the only ones that are hard to strip is the ones mounted on wheels with a safety hump in the wheel.

That bead was not strong. Tires on lawn mower are harder to replace.
That tire should be inflated inside steel safety cage, if that Rim fails, you're dead meat.
