Shinedowns New album, "Amaryllis" is insane and I chose to do a cover of the first song off the album called "Adrenaline". It is really energetic and I had a blast playing it! Enjoy!

What can I practice to help my right foot and right hand have two different beats? Whenever I try doing doing two different beats one fast one slow I always find my right hand doing the fast beat that I'm doing on my right foot

I'm not sure this is relevant to the video because what is played there isint two different beats. I'm sure by beats you mean different tempos but really all the limbs are playing the same thing just not at the same time. If it's really two different tempos than that's polyrhythms. Just check out some videos independence and practice some exercises.
