I tried Diavel, Rocket 3, Rod and others muscle bike. I ended up buying a 1700 Max. Love the looks and the massive power is so much fun and it's a Yamaha. I love the simplicity, no BS kind of bike the vmax is. Super low maintenance
Diavels are everywhere used in my area. I think what's happening is guys are buying this because it's labeled a cruiser but it's anything but. It has superbike power and I think as soon as traditional cruiser guys tapped into it, they said hell no, trade it in. This is the bike I'm aiming for in the next few years but only used. Just too expensive new.
thinking about getting one of these. I've been riding a 175 since I was a 9 and a shadow VT1100 sabre for the last 2 years and going to get a KZ1000 police until I've built 8 months of good credit. would that be too much? I feel like if it didn't have urban mode it would be. Looking to get an Indian Scout as well. goal is to have both of them I'm just trying to decide which one first once I'm in the position to buy one. edit: the vt1100 is my dad's bike.
well somehow, but the most important part is that the front cylinder is horizontal. You know, like a "L". Most other twins are "V" with different angles ;)

I got 1 just like that and my youngest stepson said bat bike back in 2015 to me. Amazing bike definitely.
Looks like something out of the new Dredd movie.
The Honda N4 if I recall the name correctly looked more like a bike from that move.
L-Twin is what Ducati has in most of their motos. It's like a "90°" Twin but one cylinder is horizontal, the other one vertical. Like a "L" ;)
The 2nd gen Yamaha VMax has a slipper clutch as well.
sstroh08 that does. It surprise me, the second gen v max is a beast. It could dangerous with out one. Thanks for the info
240mm back tire fam
Man I love your reviews but you need to see a doctor about that constant coughing.
I am really looking to add this as my daily bike. And keep my hd fatboy as a cruiser during summer time
"It's a 190 rear tire I dunno" 🤣🏍💨
Whatever an L twin is??? It's a twin in L configuration - you know, like a V twin is in a V shape!?!?
Awesome ride!

The V Rod has a slipper clutch and both bike have a 240 rear tire. My V Rod is a '13 Muscle.
Your V Rod gets its ass kicked by most every bike..
V rod has a slipper clutch I think its the 08 or 09.
great info
your welcome.
That is a beast!!!!
an L twin is 90 degrees like the 650 and 1000 suzuki vstroms are .

You need to get your facts straight before doing any sort of review. You are off on tire size, wheelbase, price etc. Unreliable source of info.
+Kelly Jones that doesn't sound like me
Srkcycles what you don't know make up in denial.
Funny because who is the one who makes a living off of selling bikes?
You should test ride a moto guzzi.
IMO they are cheap for what you are getting 🤔
super bike muscle bike not a cruiser !
$23000 new
