It is close to Redondo Beach, Hermosa Beach and Torrance. Has some of the best schools in Los Angeles and is safe and a great place to retire to in Los Angeles and to relocate to. Relocating to The South Bay or Moving to the South Bay is very popular and Palos Verdes, Rolling Hills and Palos Verdes Estates is a great place to live.

Another superb video Matt, but RPV & RHE are more or less priced out for the middle class these days, 1.5 million wont really get you much, there's been a hug influx of wealthy Chinese expats who have driven the market upt to dizzing heights, they mostly come here for the schools which are ranked #2 and #3 in the state. The biggest pro is that there is zero crime in these areas and not one homeless person on the streets.
