Still on the fence about buying big in PV, Newport or Malibu. I’ve been pretty disappointed with all the YT videos all being from realtors and coming across much the same way as car salesmen. However, this video did open my eyes to RPV not being overbuilt which is something I am worried about when I look at PVE.
Thanks for the video and if she does already, this woman could have a career in front of the camera. Very well done.

Hey i'm young man who is planning to move to LA.... i specially like palos verdes because it seems so peaceful and relaxing living there.. and as i checked it's 40min away from the city...i have couple of supercars.. so i wanna know is it safe to drive a super/luxury car around there
