Walk Casa Marina Beach | Sosua | Buying Dominican Republic

Join me as I take you on a tour of one of my favorite beaches in Sosua, on the north shore of the Dominican Republic! This video will explore the serene and less-traveled Casa Marina Beach, nestled in the heart of the hotel and resort district. Despite some erosion and repair work needed on the steps, this beach remains a beautiful and tranquil relaxing spot.
We'll also compare Sosua's beaches to those in Puerto Plata and Cabarete, highlighting the clear, calm waters and lesser wind profile that make Sosua a standout destination. Watch as locals dive off the coral rocks and enjoy the pristine shoreline.
