Regarding insurance, I'm in Ontario and I'm actually saving $20 per month on my insurance going from a 2012 2 door JK Rubicon to a 2019 2 door JL Rubicon thanks to the forward collision warning, automatic braking, blind spot monitoring and three peak rated KO2's on the JL Rubicon.
Dude, some of us Wrangler lovers, had, YJ, and TJ's, we really know what a Wrangler drove like!! So to me, the new JL 2door, drives great!! For small sedan owners, going to there first Wrangler, it's not what they thought. In Northern Wisconsin, having a Jeep, is a necessary tool 3-4 months out of year. Just getting to work in January, your very glad to have Jeep.
Why is there so much gas mileage difference between same model? I own a stock Sahara JLU and do about 16-18L/100km. I rented a Sahara on vacation (so se driver) and got about 14-15L/100km
I would say most people buy a car based on safety, practicality and price. I wouldn't say most would buy because of "cool factor', but instead, they like the way it looks. Most people purchase a vehicle because they like the way it looks.
Hi really enjoy your videos. I’m interested in buying a new Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon do you have any suggestions on where I can get a great deal here in the Bay Area near San Francisco, California ?
I live in CO. My 19 JLUR does very well in the snow, I'm on 37s. Regardless of what you drive, 4 wheel drive doesn't mean 4 wheel stop. Lots of variables such as packed snow, powder snow on ice, etc. Subarus are a capable car for sure, almost as many Subes as Jeeps here in CO. For me it came down to Jeeps are just more fun in general and a winch looks silly on a Subaru.
Are these JL jeeps easy to work on yourself? You kind of touch on that in your video but I’m talking maintenance etc. oil changes, transmission oil change, coolant change. Air filter cabin filter. I hate taking a car to a service center. And I would only take to a dealer not an independent mechanic for past reasons. Routine maintenance I don’t mind trying to do myself. You said things are bolted down in this Jeep. Not one piece etc. my current vehicle is a Jeep Renegade and it looks complicated to change stuff like transmission oil and even coolant I don’t wanna touch myself. For some reason a Jeep Wrangler looks like it would be DIY friendly. Am I wrong? I have only changed regular oil and spark plugs and cabin and air filters myself so far in my renegade. Everything else looks uhhhh heck no won’t touch it lol.
With all this power steering and auto-trans younger Generation is spoiled and still complain 😂🤣😂🤣. I remember when there was no power steering and all jeeps were sticks 😂😂😂
Definitely buying mine for grocery shopping no doubt
Brian Bolles man that’s an even better idea. Shoot I might need one of those for Mail also.
How do you think aboit 2.0 engine?
This guy said the wrangler is not a performance vehicle 😂🤣 well I guess it doesn’t perform off-road
i cant afford a jeep...so here i am crying at 6:30am
Just got my 2door Willy’s white 2021 I love it

Do you want corrosion issues in a 2 year old, garage kept Jeep? Buy one of these.

Wondering is Jeep or Subaru better for winter (snow) in Toronto? But heard alot about Jeep reliability is not capable.

Some folks can remember when they had a saddle and reins...
Way over priced.
Consider the new Bronco
In another year or two. Let them work out the kinks first.
Lol
