The patient will hate your guts for leaving the embrasures open good log jam, point contact went out years ago. as far as profile goes look at the natural teeth, deflection as opposed to pocket. the dentists will say leave it open for cleaning, all it does is create gingivae pain. Natural teeth grow up filling these voids, crowns are fitted down, try to fill these voids as best as possible. The path of insertion will restrict the ability to fill the voids. Pixabrush in between on crowns floss won't do the job. Look at radiographs of crowns with these open embrasures as opposed to filled contoured areas. Iv'e had point contact crowns, had to remove and remake with proper contour quite painful.
