Remember the old AA books? They listed where cars were registered by number plates. When I was young I knew most of them by off heart - well, local ones anyway- Dundee was YJ and TS, Angus was SR, Perth was GS and ES, Fife FG and SP. Ah! The good old days! Now I haven't a clue where cars are from.
