For example every morning I tell myself to study like for 2hrs afterwards I just roam around the Internet and see what’s interesting, Ik Ik thats not good haha but when weekends come, I fully make beats. The other week I make cover arts for the beats to be published. And so on and so forth but its hard sometimes

Man this is almost identical to how I organize myself! I would also add leaving your phone outside of your room every night. And, in the morning, don't look at your phone or computer until after you've already finished your morning routine (breakfast, meditation, organizing your day, etc). We all need to prioritize ourselves before anything else. If you're opening social media and emails before doing that you'll be following other people schedules and also allowing negative thoughts enter your mind before finding your focus for the day.

"your schedule is not a prison." ~ Jordan Peterson. If y'all haven't watched any of his videos, I highly recommend you do, he's a genius. Im currently reading his book the 12 rules for life. Definitely life altering. Remember to build your day how you believe your perfect day would go. But also plan for days where you feel the least productive. Meaning dont make your schedule for the days when you feel on top of your game, make your schedule for when you don't. Google calendar is very helpful, but for ADD or ADHD it can be overwhelming sometimes. I started choosing 3 things a day to accomplish, just general statements not anything specific. Once you start checking off a list you become more and more likely to get things done, in my opinion. Great video!!!

Adam is right...if you know anything about law of attraction and all that stuff then you know there is like 4 ways u make these things happen: speak it, see it/visualize it in your mind, writing it down is a big one that people dont mention enough and then YOU DO IT

Myself I have university studies and like searching time and trying to schedule yourself is challenging sometimes. I try to be consistent with youtube it kinda gets sooo hard. It said that if you want to get more views and see an effect is to upload daily but haha thats challenging, I decided to say that I will be posting every week not everyday but every week you will see at least new videos.

Love this video. Having a physical book on top of your digital stuff is huge. I stumbled onto Timeboxing in 15 min intervals several months ago, but have adjusted to a little less intense breakdowns for the morning or very repetitive times and now it's no work to put together in the AM as I think about my day. Notion was a game charger for me. I've used timers before, but never heard of that technique, I ordered something similar to what you recoded ,but some cool thing where depending which way I set it down, sets the timer different and starts it. Great video love it

I'm so glad you mentioned scheduling TIME OFF!!! As a Police/Fire/EMS Dispatcher who worked over 200 hours of overtime this year _with_ a family at home _and_ a band on the side, 2020 has left me so exhausted that my daughter has, several times, told me, "GO TO BED!!!" The great thing about being a songwriter is that much of it can be worked out in my head...driving to work, taking a shower, cooking dinner, whatever...so by the time I actually sit down to _work_ on music, most of the heavy lifting is already done. As such while I haven't had the time or energy to _market_ my music very much in 2020, I _have_ managed to write a couple of new songs, finish a couple of others, _and_ record (and produce) my band's first album! Now, it's nap time!

I schedule time every day like a madman and use ClickUp for project management currently. I ran into burnout recently after trying different productivity systems and still feeling overwhlemed. I had my task list/project manager synched to my calendar app, and was having trouble trying to decide which tasks to prioritize in my software, and I ran into the same problem when using the productivity planner. I found myself trying to do too much, and my calendar began to look insanely cluttered.
But I recently read "The One Thing" by Gary Keller and "Essentialism" by Greg McKeown, and those two books helped me out a lot. As a result, I decided to take my prioritization to an extreme. I block out all my personal time and time off (workouts, meditations, time with my wife, meals, etc.) first, then block an hour or more each day or whatever is left for "studio time", where each day I have a singular focus and don't do anything else until it's done. Similar philosophy to the productivity planner, but I assign that same philosophy to the long-term too.
I set one singular goal for the day, the week, the month, the year, the next 5 years, and so on. They all feed into each other. As someone who is prone to overthinking a lot, narrowing my focus to an extreme brought me a ton of clarity lately, and I'm not feeling guilty for missing out on certain opportunities or deferring tasks that are not as important as the #1 thing.
