    Thank you Sarah. I think this could be really encouraging. It’s easy to wonder where the day went but actually there has been huge amount covered without us noticing. I like the idea of refining priorities by actually being aware of everything. I can push things aside until they start jumping up at me😊😂

    I absolutely needed this right now, because (and you know) I have been struggling with burnout and discouragement on and off recently.
    DAILY HIGHLIGHTS YESS! When you told me about those for the first time, it helped me so much, and I need to get back into mine! They’re super great and do indeed help me look at the positives and be grateful for even the little things. I just forgot about them one day since I hadn’t gotten into the schedule, and I really have to get back to it! The to do list and priority ranking sounds genius too!
    I feel this personally, because my time management is horrible. 😂 At the end, I also almost cried because I felt that with the not spending enough time with family and it hurting relationships, etc. I shut myself out too much because when I *do* end up doing things, I very usually do things alone since I’m such an introvert and closed off person (if that’s the right way to put it). But I need to make more time to spend with my family!!
    Thank you, Sarah. You’re amazing at advice! This entire video really spoke to me.

    the air quality has a lot to do with whether one focuses on the positives or negatives, the air itself can have a positive or negative charge/effect on one's outlook, try lots of air purifying plants to improve mood and outlook, just like magic. I really disagree that one's natural state is to focus on negatives, that is an unnatural state caused by malnutrition, too much/little sun exposure, unnatural sight, sound, food, air, drink, activities. gi ven proper nutrition one's outlook is to focus on the positives by default. Human's in our natural state are happy positive loving creatures.... that said the abundance of malnutrition makes it that many focus on the negatives. positivity is a sign/result of health, negativity often the result of unhealth.
