Just an extra tip- it's smart to look at the "recent" section of the hashtags you're looking at because the most recent posts are actually active at that time and more likely to see and engage with that comment

I feel exactly the same way. I didn't know anything remotely close to this and it's easily attainable.
I was at around 80 subs three months ago when I saw Adam's 1000 fans in 90 days video. I'm hopefully about to hit 1k subs, and while it took the time and mindset it was 100% worth the effort. Use me as proof that this stuff works and will continue to work as long as you have the drive. Can't wait to implement these refined techniques!

@@antoniocoelhorj so the technique is the same in both videos. Only the numbers change. So you have to find your futur fans. For that you go to a hashtag and find posts that you can genuinely comment. I do it on a conversational tone and always remain authentic. So I'll give a compliment or comment /answer regarding the caption

I completely agree. I'm a sophomore Computer Info Systems major and I've decided I want to do music for a living. I've been considering music school or just majoring in Music specifically for marketing reasons. Would you recommend music school solely based on that reason? I would love to hear your opinion.
@@jahdaiycarter So, I'm going to Full Sail University for music production (though I've been doing it for 2 years already) as a way to stay consistent and push me through this plateau im having. I'm 3 months into the 29 month bachelors fast track program, and even the prerequisite classes are industry oriented. I haven't done physical production work, and I don't think that part starts for another 9 or so months (one class a month on average). I highly recommended it from my experience thus far, but I'm obviously in debt and I would recommend doing a lot of research prior. You're not guaranteed a job with a degree and you have to have other purposes for pursuing schooling, such as knowledge, peer connections, or being forced to be consistent.
Byko yea I’ve been working on finding the opportunity costs of music school. Even with the networking piece I know I don’t NEED school for it, but I feel it would still be cool to live in that environment and being surrounded by other musicians
@@jahdaiycarter As long as you're aware of the costs and what you're getting into, you're in a good direction. Just do a lot of research and whatever path you choose, pull the trigger as soon as you can and start working toward your goals.
I would imagine you are probably getting a lot more attention from artist trying to rethink their careers in these current times. I have been a fan of yours since before that and your advice has always been spot on. Always respect the passion for which you speak about your topics and fans and the eagerness to share it with others. This information is invaluable for artist just starting out. Wow! This was awesomely done. You are a great teacher. I was able to understand all of the tactics and I love how I don't feel like I need to sign up for something else in order to take action. I can literally take action NOW! Bravo.
Imagine doing this not just on instagram. You would gain so much traffic. But at the same time invest much more time. I think everybody should look for their individual goals when it comes to gaining fans as you mentioned. What I like very much about this video is that it's going more in depth and being therefore more valuable. Especially when you said that you don't need to put so much work and time into this method to grow the same amount of followers as you grow your fanbase, shows that you really understand what you are talking about compared to some other RUclipsrs.
Couldn't agree more :) The more time you spend (wisely) the more fans you will get. And this video is truly informational, as it shows step by step what to do, how to do it, and why you should do it.

Actually, this is exactly what I was wondering! This video seems to be aimed on Instagram but I wonder if this same exercise can be applied on other social media platforms such as Facebook and or RUclips?
@@mattakriptic On RUclips it will take way more time, if you don't want to just skip the music you hear ;) For example if you hear something good which have like 3 minutes, that from my perspective it would be just unfair to comment on that after hearing only around 10 seconds...

After 15-20 years of other failed projects, it's great to have accomplished something. This stuff makes sense so all the best to you and keep trying. hey adam! just checking back in , been doing your strategies for a couple months now, and its honestly been better than i expected. tbh i havent been doing all 30 30 30 every day but ive still been averaging 15 follows a day, and in a couple days ill hit my goal of 1000 followers before the end of the year! in early october i had 175 followers now i got 925!!!

Im halfway through and ive learned so much. Ive looked at tips all over the internet and haven't seen any like this. Without doing them these make sense. Diving into your community/scene and being genuine pays off. The internet is so fast paced so this makes sense.

asking people questions about their process / getting others to divulge information is always a good fall back, people usually love to talk about themselves. maybe make the question niche/targeted for who you're asking it to , but leave it open as well for someone else to be able to answer if they know the answer.
I think it's just a case of finding posts you like and then leaving a positive comment, but also an open question or friendly critique. So for example, "I like your setup! What's your favourite software/EQ to use?" or something relevant to the post. Just get out there and support people in your community 👍

I'm 13 my voice isnt deep enough I am practicing writing tho I tried recording but I wouldn't even litsen to it so I'm thinking about waiting till my voice deepens a little
I think you need to power through and listen to how you sound. the more practice you get now the better you'll be I'm 39 and I still struggle with confidence in my voice, when I was younger I used to studder so i didnt talk much, Im still paying for that
