I very nearly bought a brand new Tesla Model Y but had a few issues that put me off so I went for a 2 year old Long Range in the exact same spec and saved myself £20K!!!!
This review gives some very useful advice on pitfalls to avoid when considering going new as well as second hand.

Just the sort of buyers video I’ve been waiting for. Interested in how long it takes for your account to be set up, does your white interior reflect in the sun against the glass, efficiency/range. Also, reason for choosing long range over standard range. Look forward to many more video. 😀👍

Also if tesla take a car back in as p/x the new owner doesn't get the free lifetime charging (on certain models) but if it's bought privately it can be transferred
@@Len714 yes I’ve heard that as well. Do they still do lifetime charging though? I thought they’d stopped it?
How did you pay for it ? Did you buy it with cash outright or pcp?
@@sammieeg1592 I bought it outright but did look at the PCP deals out of interest as there were some deals that looked quite good at the moment
