Once, I tasted a dry plum fruit chocolate confections bought in an European shop and wanted to make some by my self. Following few attempts and experiments I am to sharing with you a delicious walnut filled apricots chocolate sweet confections I make for some special occasions.
Ingredients:
Dry apricots
Walnuts (chopped)
Apricot jam
Dark or semi-sweet Chocolate
Optional: food grade gold dust
