Masoor dal with skin - 250 gms
Milan seed - 100 gms
Curry leaves - 50 gms
Pepper - 30 gms
Ajwain - 15 gms
Jeera - 30 gms
Chilli powder - 50 gms
Asafoetida - 20 gms
Turmeric powder - 40 gms
Black salt - 10 gms
Vanaspathy - 25 gms
