    Here are the ingredients for making Mayoor Dal mixture and Karaboonthi Mixture
    Gram flour - 1.25 kg
    Rice flour - 750 gms
    Aval - 200 gms
    Peanuts - 200gms
    Fried gram dal - 200 gms
    Cashew nuts - 150 gms
    Masoor dal with skin - 250 gms
    Milan seed - 100 gms
    Curry leaves - 50 gms
    Pepper - 30 gms
    Ajwain - 15 gms
    Jeera - 30 gms
    Chilli powder - 50 gms
    Asafoetida - 20 gms
    Turmeric powder - 40 gms
    Black salt - 10 gms
    Vanaspathy - 25 gms

    Chef thanks a lot for the recipe. It has come out very well just now I made the entire thing for this Deepawali and it is tasting like the Grand Sweets Madras Mixture.       The consistency of the batter may be too watery or too thick. it'll not be round, so please do some trail and adjust the water. then deep fry. Thanks
