And..hes right. I was unaware that 1-2 of our $ was mine. The judge awarded 1-2 of all assets to me after I left. He's right. Half of everything is yours. Take it and go. You will need it and they do not care if you can't feed your kids. Be Very mindful of this. No mercy when it comes to your children and yourself you gave years up for their sorry, selfish asses. I wish i had known. And keep a clear head. Theyll make sure you dont. Silently decide. You earned your right to be free of somebody elses problems. 😊

My sister- in-law is a very sneaky narc. We have found out from a wonderful friend of ours that goes to their chirch that my sister-in-law is spreading nasty lies about our whole family and in particular my parents. She is nice to our face, but has turned all our friends against us. How do we handle this? She also treats my brother like poop😢.

Those who are persecuted for the sake of righteousness may rejoice, "great will be your reward in the Kingdom of Heaven".
Now you know who your enemy is and who to avoid. Her church should be telling her to stop it, bit pretty many churches are bogus. So also be glad you don't go there.
If you go to a lousy church and stay there, you will start participating in their lousy ways.
You can also pray to "cancel the assignments of the Enemy over your family".

    Dr. Clarke:
When I was filing for divorce from my first husband, I talked to an attorney, and she said I would have to hire some kind of an accountant to find out what he was doing with our money. (he did a lot of gambling but I knew he was hiding money also). Why wouldn't the attorney do that for me?

Need your advice and opinion. The mother in law called and texted me today to ask when her son would be home today. She never contacts me. I respond. And ask if everything was ok. She replied, yes. Thanks.
This left me wondering why she was asking.
2hrs later he calls to tell me he will be an hour late cuz he has to stop at his moms to pick up football tickets. Now why didnt she tell me tjis? Why did she keep me in the dark. I feel used manipulated controlled and emotionally hurt. Flat out YEW! Towards her & her son. Strange relationship at 52 yrs old.
    Please advise me

During counselling the counselor said the narc has a power structure, someone in their court, whom they work with to establish their own agenda. It looks like something I already went thru, namely, the two of them against you. Age is not a thing with narcissists and their parents. Quite often the parent is also a narc. It's time to separate from her and see her for what she is. Before ending the relationship you could test this if you want, but I have a feeling that through the divorce process you'll see her true colors (a lot of narc specific characteristics only came out in periods of intense stress and litigation). It's true, enough is enough.

Wow, this is all good information, but is there a such thing as pushing the narc over the edge? No one wants to lose their life over a divorce.😐

Where I live, if you're financially unable to purchase a book, for sure you're able to get legal aid for free/nominal cost. The lawyer might even take from the settlement, but that's okay, you need your freedom. Look into legal help in your state/place where you live, and get the divorce with their help. Get the book, but probably you can watch all of his videos to help you out. Ebay. Have you tried that?

I have no accsess to any of the paperwork that you mentioned. How do i get those papers without his permission.....?

You can't, in my own experience. I called a law firm that is experienced with narcissists/tough divorces, and they have dealt with your spouse before, and the paperwork he's talking about. If you have any idea of something that's out there, and there should be paperwork, your lawyer will know what to do.

But how can you save money in a separate account when all that is revealed when the joint taxes are filed?? I don’t see how I can squirrel the money away, unless it’s only cash maybe.

My lawyer said that as long as I say I want to separate, if I journal a date that I literally asked them, email or in person, to separate, that becomes the legal date for separation of assets. Chances are the narcissist won't hire an attourney if they don't have to, or if they do as mine did, they won't get that information. Open the account in your name, with your information, common address doesn't matter. Just do it.

    Matthew 10:16
I'm sending you out as sheep among wolves. So be as shrewd as snakes and gental as doves.
God will protect you, and make you not notice him/her in time.
The specific and hurtful dates and words are designed to and are focused on your Godly inate desire to forgive. It's called dog whistling. They are doing that on purpose to hurt you.
Don't let them hurt you anymore. God doesn't want you to hurt anymore. Jesus paid that price, you are free, if you will accept that fact: and believe. 🙏
