I've seen a few of these builds and L like this one the best.Very clever the way you seal the dust collecting bin. The only thing I think I would do differently is recess the cyclone bolts so they can't catch on the foam around the bucket.

Yes recess the bolts. I recessed my bolts by default as the where not long enough

I have something very similar i also put a Pool Skum sock on my vacuum filter every so often just open vac take outside and blow sock off ( very fine dust)
