@@magicorthodoxy maybe in two or three months with the Christmas period not too far away you could review magic box sets for family and friends. Just an idea.
In many shops where I've looked for a salt shaker as a single, not within a set of salt and pepper, almost all of them were with multiple and big holes. Nevertheless, I already have the prop from the review and must say, it delivers. I love it. It's already part of the show.
@@magicorthodoxy I never really gave it that much thought. Most ceramic salt and pepper shaker sets have one shaker that has at least one more hole than the other shaker. I have one set that has 4 and 5 holes and another set that has 2 and 3 holes. But who is to say which shaker is to contain the salt and which the pepper? It may generally vary from culture to culture, I really don't know. Or it could vary from household to household and we just assume that it's that way throughout the entire culture. Has anyone ever actually done a study on this, using a scientific sample of households? The cardboard set of shakers that I tend to use the most actually has the exact same number of openings in the salt as in the pepper shaker: seven small holes for shaking and one large opening for pouring. In my household as a kid, I seem to remember that the one with more holes was for salt, less for pepper. But I just checked the ceramic sets that I have now, but rarely use. Oddly enough, one set has salt in the shaker with the extra hole, the other set has pepper in the shaker with the extra hole.
Very nice gag! I like the sound effect that the filled one does.
Thank you! Cheers!
Great gag! Thanks David

Salt Shaker or Pepper Shaker?
To be brutally honest ..... i don't think we care! 😊
Fair enough!
That’s a pepper shaker not a salt shaker as it’s got numerous holes in the top.

In the U.K. the ones with multiple holes are for pepper. And salt cellars have one hole.
@@andyw10 Didn't know that. Thx for the info. Greetings from Austria!
The number of holes in a salt and pepper shaker varies by culture, health trends, and personal taste
