The button gets pressed, recording starts, then the button has to travel back and makes a sound upon springing to it's maximum distance, therefore giving the signature CaptainSparklez2 sound
Sound systems also typically have input latency, especially if there's some form of audio processing going on as well. Most recording software allows you to add a delay to the video so that it all syncs up, but that's mainly for large sound systems like in a stadium etc, the delay isn't always long enough to make a noticeable difference unless you look for it
Break the corner obsidian and you can find a secret hopper with kenadians escape kit. Or stand on the edge of the portal to unlock two more secret rooms
is that real ? or references to other things in the escape maps community
@Tortue_Cyborg I'll test it out when I also test if you use the fence gate at the end to get into a crawl state and have the trapdoor one higher and still be able to take the ladder to have one extra block at the end.
At this point I think that for escape rooms Jordan should have a magnet mod that he only turns on for one drop breaks because at this point there is no challenge to them, it's just Jordan getting irritated as we all watch him wrestle with RNG.

Now THAT was a good escape map, the others ranged from middling to straight up silly, but you could see the improvement throughout and this map was a genuinely good escape map.
37:10 You could've utilized toggle crouch to stay on the ladder while recovering the sticky piston and slime block from the hopper.
you still stand back up while opening your inventory or any UI, even with togglesneak
and even with some mods (not to be used with escape maps) like FreecamMod, that let you open your inventory and press escape without unshifting you, you're still technically shifted, therefore cannot open containers and other tile entities
@@Tortue_Cyborg Wrong. Opening your inventory while toggle crouched does NOT uncrouch you. Try it out before telling me otherwise
@@sumongus My mistake, I have still not tried it but will take your word for it, although I am still really confident about the whole part that actually… mattered. (Excuse me if that sounds a bit passive-agressive, but I will allow myself that, seen I felt like you were being agressive) Which is the fact that crouching is the main if not only way to NOT open a tile entity.
@@Tortue_Cyborg Empty hand can open a tile entity.... I haven't been aggressive at all (You also misspelled aggressive)

can anyone explain why he used a dispenser to light the portal with the firecharge? I thought you could just right click to light it, or maybe that's just a bedrock thing?

you know a random modded escaped map would be kinda cool, it would however need to be quite thought trough puzzles instead of a tower straight up xD

Could’ve put the ladder on the side of the hopper got on the hopper retrieved the ladder then used the piston and slime block and retrieved both

Didn't finish the video yet but obvious answer was to take the portal obsidian on the nether side after getting all of the blocks
He only had an iron pickaxe though, so he wouldn't have been able to collect the obsidian.
