  • Damien passing his Accelerated Free Fall course over two days in November with James Stancomb, Raph Coudray and Mike Lamy who was gaining some experience as a newly qualified AFF instructor. I love my job, getting to do this when I'm not flying wingsuits!

    Two days???

    • @foxtrotzeroalpha
      @foxtrotzeroalpha  3 года назад

      one day of ground school and 15 mins in the wind tunnel then two days of jumping.

    What happens if you fail a level? Pay for a redo? Can it be done in the same day? How often do people fail a level ?

    • @foxtrotzeroalpha
      @foxtrotzeroalpha  3 года назад +2

      If a repeat of a level is necessary to progress then yes it has to be paid for. I have to say this is less common these days since we introduced tunnel training into the AFF plus syllabus. A repeat can be done on the same day, generally after more ground training or even a few extra minutes in the wind tunnel depending on what the issue was with the original jump.

      @foxtrotzeroalpha  5 лет назад +1

      Rob Allan not so close, the pilot knew exactly where we were.

    Who taught him to shake his head right and left before waving and pull!? It made me think that he is complaining about something 😂

    • @foxtrotzeroalpha
      @foxtrotzeroalpha  4 года назад +2

      Hi Asser, we use the head shake as a signal to say "no more exercises" just prior to the wave off and pull.

      @@foxtrotzeroalpha Thanks for explaining I finished my AFF month ago and done few solo but they never told us to shake the head before waving. probably different style of teaching. You did a great job and very smooth learning :) Blue Skies brother
