i've only begun to watch these videos after my first tandem jump and i can already tell you did a superb job. Body control and arching was very well executed. Your stability was really good. Well done, you've inspired me to get mine.
+Kevin Stone Hell yes my friend, I'm glad you're deciding to live life and have fun! It's not just all about career and money. It's about making smiles of your own and friends aswell, laughter, enjoying life. Well done!
+Kevin Stone .... I will be 56 in february and I am giving me the AFF as a birthday present. Like your motto. I hope I will still be jumping in 10 years. Congratulations!
Where are u enrolling? How much would it costs for getting a proper certificate? I also want to join but i have no idea where to join and if it fits my bugdet.
This looks amazing, but it also scares me shirtless big time. My Son has booked on with you all in November . Look after him, bring him home safe and give him the greatest time ever. He's been in the Middle East for four hard and sweaty month's. He needs the cool air and space that you can provide. Big props to you guys and keep doing what you do. A the K
@@tim8993 Didn't see this thread was still active, so will share my thoughts now and tag everyone who asked! It's one of the most unique and exciting things, personally I did it for 1 year back then and now thinking about getting into it again. It's one of the safest aerial sports out there, contrary to what some may suggest. It's definitely worth it, and I'd recommend you try it, it will expand you in awesome ways, trust me :)
I really enjoyed this video so much.. Though i am afraid of height and i certainly can't do this but i salute you guys ,,so proud of you..yes level 7 is flying.. Goodluck buddy
Very nice work man! Congratulations!!!!🎊 I only made it to level 6 and failed that jump. I felt Too tense that day. Ran out of money so I stopped. That was on 9-10-2001, the day before 9/11. I’m thinking about going back to finish what I started.
Very interesting. My 1st free fall, I was tested on finding the cord, stabilized, turning left & right, checking alt and I pulled my own cord under the threat if I lost the cord I would owe 1 case of cold beer.
@jimmy8394 I am looking into getting certified to solo dive next year man you definitely inspired me! I have so many questions brotha the jumps were beautiful you excelled for sure
TheSimpleGamer - HD dont wait! there is a lot you can do before your old enough.. indoor air tunnel .. uspa.org has free downloads of instructions. start saving your money. go hangout at a dropzone... wish i started twenty years ago.and when your old enough you can buy me a beer!!!....
I want to do this for my 60th birthday in May 2020. I am looking forward to it, and I know that it's going to be very interesting, because I have a big fear of heights.
Rashid Karim Ahmad - Rashid, I have a tremendous fear of heights. In August 2019, I did a tandem jump with my two sons who also did tandem jumps. I had prepared myself mentally, before the jump and I was not too scared. It was amazing!!! I'm 64 years old, and I am too old for AFF training in the UK, because you can't get 3rd party insurance if you're over 55 years old. So I have go outside the UK. AFF training is age dependent and each country has their own rules. My first choice was Dubai, but like everything else in Dubai, it is twice the price of everywhere else. In the USA, Australia and Germany, it is the airfield drop zone organisation and the individual instructor who has to authority to allow AFF training. They normally ask for a doctors declaration of health. The Australian Parachute Federation has confirmed that I can train there, so now I just have find a DZ and AFF qualified trainer in Australia. It's winter here in the UK, so I'm organising my AFF trip to Australia to get some sun and some free fall training. The thought of stepping out of that plane by myself absolutely terrifies me, but then again, so did the thought of falling out of a plane attached on a tandem jump. Be very careful of the necessary bureaucratic, safety rules regarding revalidation. The eight AFF jumps are only the very start of skydive training. For me, I have to do the eight AFF jumps and the other 12 or more jumps, whilst I am in Australia, in order to gain the 'A' license that would allow me to skydive anywhere in the world.
@@TheJer1963 Here in Germany, it costs around 1700 euros for the class and a few thousands for the gear. Dont know where you live but damn, thats expensive.
Hey!.. What you've accomplished is just awesome!!.. I am heading to Skydive Dubai this week for my AFF course... You're video has inspired me even more.. Are you on facebook?..
It was hard man. I had to repeat C1 twice and C2 once, but not in that order. I struggled with the stability. Really pushing out the arch helped. I got 15 jumps and passed AFF so am happy with that. Onwards to my A license now. I shall be back at Thai Sky Adventures in April for 5 days so hopefully then.
I9GaMeR1 8 7 Hey, It is 10,000 Thai Bhat for AFF 1-4, 6,ooo THAI BHAT for AFF5-7. then when you have your license, it is about 1,200 THAI BHAT for a jump. You can get COACH jumps for about 2,500 THAI BHAT. Hope that helps.
GOOD ON YOU Jimmy. Watching your progression through the AFF course reminded me of my own first jumps. I dont jump anymore (back problems) but I like to watch vids of people skydiving. Why do we jump out of planes? If you're a jumper, no explanation is necessary If you don't jump, no explanation is possible
Way different process than in 1970, but the adrenalin rush and thrill is the same! 👍😎👍I think back then, there were laws against " busting " through clouds🤪
