The Bodega Approach! Appreciate the practicality with a tad of nutrition sandwiched 🥪 in. Would love to hear what your weekly $50 meal plan looked like.
Not directly related, but how does one begin to heal a lifetime of binge eating and dependency on processed, sugary foods? Well into my somatic journey but that's one thing i can't figure out yet. I tried to eat foods that better support my gut and nervous system (beans, fiber, etc). But it just doesnt taste good. Processed carbs and sugar is what I want every single day.
I don't know if this will help you, but, I taught myself to like beans as a teenager by adding them to other food. So, making a sweet potato and onion soup and adding white beans and blending. So, try and hide them and look for different types so you find which ones you like better.
So helpful and valuable. I really hope this reaches folks who need it 🙏

Hi Luis! I love your content btw.
Can you speak on fruit sugar? Does this also create stress on the body due to insulin spiking? Thanks 🙏🏼
Incredible, incredible video that I will be sending to many people. Very grateful for your work
Is the same true if you drink 100% juice without a protein or fat first?
Yep
