Ingredients
150g fresh ginger
150g fresh turmeric
2 oranges
2 lemons
1/4 cup filtered water
1/4 tsp fresh ground black pepper
1 tbsp manuka honey (optional)
When I saw the bottles, I klicked and wanted to make it "immediately", untill I had to see the squeezing!!! Looks good though! I'm gonna pass my fresh turmeric into a juicer and squeeze the citrus appart, perhaps with celery and apples!!! What do you think?
This is the absolute best, both the hubs and I feel amazing tossing back one of these a day. Thank ya
Would you add black pepper to significantly increase turmeric/curcumin absorption?
Better still ferment it .
Absolutely
I did, and added cayenne cause two of us are dealing with a respiratory infection, and it’s working breaking up that phlegm…at least for me
Yes. And it also needs some fat, since turmeric is fat soluble so I add a tablespoon of coconut oil to mine or you can add butter.
I just made this. Omg so good. I have arthritis in my thumb. Hie often can i drink this?
You can take 1 or as much as 3 daily
Woooow Amazing Recipe a nice Recipe thanks for sharing such a nice Recipe 👍👍👍👍 Great job well done 👍👌👍👌
Nice!! I'll make some soon, thanks so much.
How many of these do you drink each day.
Thank you for sharing this great tip will be making some.
If you put them in the fridge how long do they last?
A week
Healthy for sure. Is there anything negative with blending the root bark in with the process? If it's store bought could come in contact with bacteria.
Can we pour this in ice cube trays and freeze it, to last longer. Then take out two to three cubes for a hot cup of tea?
That sounds like a plan to me. Thanks.
The heat will take away the properties of the honey. Also the freezing/defrosting also takes away some nutrients.
Thank you for sharing i love it ❤
Can we drink this every day? There is any recommendation?
How many times a day you have to take??
Great video!
Thank you for sharing.
Good music as well as the best drink.

Thank you for sharing

How big are your shot bottles and how about a link to them.
So is it ok to juice these items or is blending recommended over juicing?
Didn't say the dose. Can we drink a whole bottle in one setting?
Thanks for sharing ❤❤

You should add a little oil for absorption
They want $3.50 a shot for these at the shop and there not as good as these. I would do a fat with the shot for the turmeric. The honey i would but in later in warm water after strained.
How mny shot a day
Let me know how and when to have this drink?
Walking on the sidewalk sing lalala!
Can you suggest ways to minimize the powerful taste of the ginger and turmeric?
I guess you might want to slightly reduce the quantity of ginger/turmeric used or add a little more oranges. Thanks so much for watching.
@@EatWellKitchen

Thanks for sharing...
My pleasure. Thank you for watching!❤️
How to store and how long we can store???
Hallelujah!
Where I buy cool little glass bottles
Amazon
I dont peel the lemons or strain it after, just drink it all!
Lemon peel is the healthy part of the fruit..!
Is it really thick if you don’t strain it? Or is it stringy from the ginger?
@@daizyduke12 it is quite thick when you drink it that way, and with the ginger ii slice it very thin so it breaks up beter. I'll add water to the whole thing so it goes down easier
How many bottles you got out of this batch? All 10?
How long can you store them without losing its potency?
You're more likely to lose your potency before it does. 😋
Nice one❤
Where did you get those cute little bottles?
Got them from Amazon
@@EatWellKitchen Cool. Thanks. 👍
Why not juice the citrusses with a citrus juicer, and the ginger and turmeric into a juicer! Why all the "fuzz" of peeling them!!!
One ingredient missing, black pepper to activate the curcumin in the turmeric.
How much to use of each ingredient.
The ingredients and quantity are in the video and description. Thank you for watching 🙏
Will any local honey work?
Is it okay to blend the oranges and lemons with the seeds in them? Or should you remove?
You shall not blend anymore seeds . Just take turmeric and ginger ,cituses and over. There is no seeds in the juice.
How many ML a day for shot?
We're not supposed to eat ginger peel??
Skąd takie buteleczki?😮

Excuses Don't Get You A Blessing!
Can I do this in a vita-mix blender? Thank you
Yes you can.
Until you get there!
Everybody but me!
How to drink...
Before breakfast or
Empty stomach? Pls reply
Best to take before breakfast. Thanks for watching 🙏
How to drink it .
Really ??? Put the shot bottle to your lips and swallow.
Get Up!
Half the video, wasted in showing peeling and chopping. What a waste.
Ok first of all, no point in peeling the lemon or orange. I'm just cutting off the thickest parts of the rind, the nipple basically. Second, no point in completely peeling the ginger or turmeric. I do the best I can, but it's definitely not as pretty as the ones in the video. Next time I'm going to use a veggie scrubber and be done with it. Looks like you are using a Blendtec. I have a Vitamix. Either way, a high end blender will simply puree all this without needing to cut off so much valuable nutrient. Yay, for a great blender. Just put it all in the Vitamix or Blendtec and puree it. If the taste is too strong add more honey or other sweetener. I end up adding more water or tea to mine when I drink it. I keep thinking this whole thing would be great with pumpkin served hot!! The biggest problem is it stains my Vitamix, my white counters, my white fingernails, and every other thing in my kitchen!!
Thanks for the feedback. Yes the turmeric stains the blender but the stain fades away over time. Thanks for watching 🙏
My boss uses a glass blender not her vitamix, it is easy to clean.
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤😊😊😊
My boss uses turmeric, ginger and tamarind paste, not orange.

STAY AWAY FROM HONEY...if you have sugar problems!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Walk!
Just peel the oranges and lemons!! The white pithy stuff on the outside of each, is VERY Beneficial to your health!! Don't know if I want to accept health advice from someone who doesn't already know this!! Also make sure that you WASH all the items in this video as well as make sure they are Organic to start with!! The more I watch, the less interested I become!!
Well then make your own video.
Who pissed in your cheerios?
How rude! But I am glad you’re so healthy and so superior to everyone else. 😮
It's a somewhat healthy recipe. I tend to think there is a better way to comment. Kindness, and offering suggestions is better if you are serious about helping yourself, and others.
White pithy stuff is bitter as hell. No matter what you do with it
Garbage, Red Bull Win
Quick question do you have a recipe that's like this that doesn't have oranges in it due to me being diabetic the oranges with skyrocket my sugar unfortunately
Hallelujah!
