2 tablespoons cocoa powder
1 ½ cup canola or vegetable oil
1 ½ cups granulated sugar
2 large eggs room temperature
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup buttermilk
1 teaspoon white vinegar
liquid or gel red food coloring
Cream Cheese Frosting
250g cream cheese
125g butter softened
3 cups icing sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

How do you measure cream cheese? I always struggle even rama. Do you put in cups to have that grams or?

What brand of food coloring would u recommend...using the robertson red everything I bake comes out that strong maroon colour

Hi, try to use gel is very strong, I buy from those stores which sell baking staff, like Baking Bonanza in PTA ,Pots and Things at JHB
