Thanks for this review, we need al lot more of these airsoft optic reviews from the community. I have the EG Tactical Vortex Razor in black, and was worried at first when I saw your reticle comparison, but mine looks exactly like the Holy Warrior. Perhaps your diopter needs adjusting, or, they may have made improvements, a la soft recall. I will be getting the EG Tactical Tango 6 in the mail, I look to do a review like this in the fashion of C_Does shortly after it arrives.
@@keyboardcommando5146 Hey! Quick question man, I'm about to do a big purchase from Evolution Gear (EG Tactical) on their website and was just wondering what kind of communication there was. I've seen lots of terrible reviews of the actual web-service on EG Tactical not responding to emails/ignoring contact attempts etc but just wanted to know if you ordered from them or from somewhere else; and if you did order directly from Evolution. Thanks in advance!
@@xanulus Sorry for the late reply, don't know how I missed this. When I communicate with them, I do it though Facebook messenger, but E-mail works as well. I recommend Facebook Messenger so you can see when your message was read! If you order from them, do it only when items are in listed as in stock, through your account on their site so everything is documented. All of my headaches and miss information came when I ordered through their retail rep, when preordering. outside of that, things have been ok aside from long shipping times. Despite any issues, I can say they'll do right by you, eventually. Just make sure you keep any form of proof until your order is received and checked out.
Where did you buy the holy warrior? Seems like they all changed designs as I can't find a Vortex with locking brightness dial plus 11 settings. All I can find is the spec precision with 11 brightness modes but no locking and off switch in between each setting or the holy warrior one with locking and off switches in between each setting but the brightness only goes up to 6!
@@lloydlbst Nope literally went all over the place even asked sellers on Ali E and Alibaba looking for this version and I guess they just don’t make them anymore. The best replica at this point is probably Spec Precisions or Evolution Gear but they both have 11 brightness and no off in between. I was obsessed with getting the original so bad that I ended up just buying and crying and got the original 🤣. However the Spec Precision clones are Top Tier so I would recommend that one. Spec and Evolution Gear make the same clone.
@@lloydlbst If you look up Spec Precision Razor Review you'll see that Spec dropped a video reviewing the scope on a real .556 rifle. Looks like they paid someone in America to review it. Pretty great accuracy for the price.
During the development of the product, they showed videos of it holding zero on a 5.56. They claimed it would old zero with 5.56 as well. I personally would not trust such an "expensive" replica to withstand sustained recoil for long. I can tell you that I used their Elcan replica on my 5.56 and it held zero for a few hundred rounds.
When they were first announced, they released video of them on real steel. I have used other replica optics (leuplod MK4) on my AR and it held zero. I guess the question you have to ask yourself is: are you willing to spend this kind of cash for it to possibly break. Alternatively, Vortex offers the strike eagle which isn’t to much more than this. That of course will not fail. I would not be able to tell you how the strike eagle compares to the EG tactical or the real Razor.
I'm looking at buying a holy warrior for my real rifle too because I want that rmr plate on top and I would be putting this on a do all rifle, bad idea?

how long did shipping take ?
@@SalvationActual I did free shipping, so roughly a month. Agonizing, but I wasn't going to pay $100+ for shipping!

Hi, any info on that comparsion?

I saw that you had a comment about owning both the real and eg tactical razor. Can you do a comparison with the real vs replica?
Good comparison!
Would this work for 5.56
Where can I find the holy warrior replica?
Jk Army is your best bet. I know aliexpress carries them as well.
Hi , can you tell me which one has a brighter dot?
They both have equal brightness.
Will these hold zeros on a AR15 5.56?

@@adrenalineactual4261 so you think they will have no problem holding a zero on a gbbr airsoft?
I would say prob not, but if it does that’s the biggest steal in history
Which is easier to see?
Would you put one of these on a real steel?

I have one in route. Everyone worships PA optics and they are Chinese glass and optic. Going on a fun build. Hoping it works out. I'll let you know
@@rufusherman412 I'll be following this as I'm curious about the mount. Cuz I want to also get the RMR set up on top of it.
Any experience with the spec precision razor hd gen 2 e??
