    INGREDIENTS FOR 6-8 RICE NOODLE ROLLS
    (Rice sauce)
    White rice flour 120g
    Corn starch 40g
    Gluten free flour 20g
    Salt 1/4 teaspoonful
    Water 520 cc
    (Stuffing)
    Shrimp 150-200g
    (Special soy sauce)
    Sugar 15g
    Hot water 80 cc
    Light soy sauce 30 cc
    Fish sauce 5 cc
