      The brand I am using is called Erawan Brand (Three Elephants) from Thailand. But it is not gluten free.

    兄弟其實整鮮蝦腸粉係唔需要用到4咁複雜嘅粉,你呢種整法真係過於複雜啦,用到粘米粉,木薯澱粉,澄粉,粟粉就簡直係除褲放屁 (多此一舉),一般係用2種粉就掂啦大哥(用粘米粉同埋生粉就啦 )

      咁請問古代時候並冇澄粉或鷹粟粉(近代始有此兩種粉),咁做飲食業嘅老前輩們嘛唔使開檔做生意囉?總嘅嚟響現時生活節奏感緊張嘅社會裡無論做當然係越越簡單就越好.所以閣下要盡量響烹教網友時千祈唔好搞到咁複雜就最好(呢啲係我個人嘅建議).

      @@samto5671 尊重你的意見,但每人要求不同,澄面使腸粉通透一些,比較好看。蝦餃皮也用澄面,不用便完全不似樣了。

      @@wowtaste2463 無可否認做蝦餃皮也是用澄粉的,當然裡面也參進了一些生粉,但閣下分享的烹製方法居然用到4類粉:粘米粉,木薯澱粉,澄粉,粟粉,這對於初學者來說那肯定是複雜了,尤其是旅居在歐美國家網友們們未必會買得到閣下所提及的其中3種粉類:木薯澱粉,澄粉,粟粉.別的我不說當聽到用4種粉我頭都大了.
