I have recently gotten attached to Macaques because of social media videos. When I first started watching that kind of content I had no idea what very well could be going on behind the scenes but now that I do I know it is much better to watch them in their own environment without all the human interference. Like with this documentary for example. I appreciate the effort and time that is put in to make it possible for people to observe and learn about them from the comfort of our own homes. I wish they could all live happily and healthy in the wild free from being exploited and abused by someone for financial gain! The world of monkey content can be a very dark and twisted world for these animals
Vervet monkey foundation is a great rehabilitation rescue and release channel. Monkey world the largest primate rescue center also has a channel ,monkey life maybe? Both are about education and humane treatment.
These photographers and videographers are amazing. They bring us to worlds and things we may never see, without their extraordinary jobs. Ravi is adorable .

@@lovenature love your video❤ too bad. The people of India are protecting the wrong monkeys. The long tailed me are over running human habitats and farms and yet they won’t destroy them, but they feel comfortable tearing down. Habitat for rare monkeys makes no sense.
Dear @LoveNature This Documentary was splendid! I found myself talking out loud to the TV after every Sentence! **Forewarned! My comment has Spoilers!!* So don't read until After You Watch the Documentary!*** @LoveNature, I was "Talking" to Ravi, Nina & Mom Mindy Along w Zain & AJ giving them Compliments as if they cld hear me! I told the one Higher ranking Aunt to Stop & Be Nice to Mindy! She is towing along Rare Twins!! Kept saying "Aww Mindy you're such a good mommy"!" Did you see her put her arm around lovingly to Ravi toward the beginning of video!? So very Human Like!! This Love Nature Video is so Precious,Adorable, informative and all around Great Videography, Filming and Editing! The Narrator's voice is Perfect for Nature Videos! Calming and cheeky funny at times! I was so Amazed! I DID NOT EVEN KNOW INDIA HAD SUCH A HUGE MOUNTAINOUS RANGE OF TROPICAL FORESTS THAT HOLDS OVER 300 THREATENED SPECIES!!!! THE GATS ARE AMAZING!! Funny thing i was talking to TV when the Lion Tailed Macaques were crossing busy road, saying "Slow Down"& Why arent there signs saying "Monkey Crossing"? Or something & Low & Behold on The Other side of the City when they are crossing back into the Forest, There were the Humans holding signs telling cars to "Go Slow"! & "Monkey Crossing"! I loved how the Bonnet & Lion Tailed Macaques groomed one another!! And oh boy! The Dance of the Male Dancing Frog, 🐸 made me laugh!! And Ravi sure was watching! Scared me so badly w the Snakes! It was said in a general way that macaques dont like to get wet. This is the first breed of them that i have seen. Macaques love water esp the babies. Lion tailed may be dif but it was a general statement and that is wrong
@@Animalboy-nk8xcactually they are called lion-tailed macaque’s, also called the “wanderoo”. There is a type of monkey called “long-tailed macaque’s” which are found in Southeast Asia and not India like these ones. They look completely different.

All macaques love water and are great simmers almost from birth
Beautiful Monkeys
Why are they called lion tails
They're not. The title is wrong. Their long tailed macaques.
@@Animalboy-nk8xcactually they are called lion-tailed macaque’s, also called the “wanderoo”. There is a type of monkey called “long-tailed macaque’s” which are found in Southeast Asia and not India like these ones. They look completely different.
They’re called lion-tailed macaque’s because their tails are similar to a lions, which are long and thin with a tuft of hair at the end.
@tara_p_rose11 shit my bad. I misread the title and assumed this was a different episode shown. My bad. Thanks for calling me out on my mistake.
Their tail looks like a lions tail..obviously
🆗️🇧🇷😍❤️🐒🐵🦧
