  • The 352 that loaded these ones, ran out of the fractions of rock that they needed..😅
    I was surprised when they suddenly appeared at my bench, but it was fun to finally feel the size that the 390 actually has again..🤭😂

    Thanks for the walk around the bucket full of rock. And I saw that use of a tooth or two to adjust a rock here and there. Love the larger rock handling altogether.

      Hehe, I was thinking about that every pass, my friend!😅
      They do of course get their load fast, but the production goes down with about 50% with this pass match, compared to what I load on the 772’s!🤪😄
      No matter how many loads I would send on these trucks, I wouldn’t be close to the volume I would send on trucks with proper pass match!😅
      But it was fun to try, none the less..😂😂🤙

      Skuffa er 2,70 meter bred, så de måtte nok bretta inn speilene og klint seg inntil hverandre om en skulle lastet bakfra..🤪😅

    Awesome footage awesome operator, you make it look easy lol. I’m guessing the smaller trucks capacity is 5-10 tons per load, and the bigger trucks are 50 ton of course is the material being loaded and handled by the excavator being crushed and turned into gravel road base

      Thank you so much Jonny!🙏🤗 Well, you got the description in an earlier answer on this thread, but the 3 axle truck holds 12 tons and the 4 axle 16 tons!😋
      The 772’s are still going to the dozer building embankment, we don’t haul to any crusher! Some loads go to a rock depo cause of the size of the rock, and the small ump trucks are hauling rock to another project nearby!🙂

      Hehe, they aren’t big..😅 Do you have larger trucks in Finland?🤭
      This is a normal size of dump trucks both in Norway and Sweden I guess!
      It is a matter of maneuverability, I was very glad to have short axle distance when I drove dump trucks myself!😋

      @@norwegianearthmovers Yes we do! You very sheldom see 3 axel trucks on timber or earthmoving dutys these days. Normally trucks have 4-5 axels and trailers have as many. So on 9 axel configuration you can reach the maximum legal weight of 76 tons (truck+trailer+load). Maximum lenght is 25,25 meters.😎
      But Finland is quite flat and the roads straight by your standards.

      @@Ancient_Iron I understand, thanks for enlightening me!🙏 I forgot that you have that 76 ton limit on your roads!😅
      We have 50 ton total weight as standard, with 60 ton on some selected roads for 25,25 meter trailers..🤪 4 axles are actually not that popular here, since they weigh to much in tara weight, so the netto payload are restricted to max 16 tons. Put a trailer on that, they’re not allowed to have a larger trailer than two axles and still 50 ton max load.. 3 axles with 3 axles trailers are the most economical choices when you look at the material you can haul for the best possible income!😅
      4 axles here, are mostly owned by those who don’t haul with trailers..😋
      I read sometime that Finland was working on testing 100 ton timber trailers, how has that trial turned out btw?🙂

      Hi!🙋‍♂️ Well, I had to scale down myself, when it came to loading these trucks..😅
      You are right, there is plenty of room for more rock on them, but the trucks have strict weight limits when driving on the roads here.🙃
      The 3 axle has a max net load of 12 tons, the 4 axle max load of 15 tons.😄 And that’s the max on the best roads over here, there are roads where axle loads are limited to 4 tons and so..😅
      I really don’t like to send away “half” loads, but I just had to reduce the size on these ones, so hat they could drive legally on the roads.🙃
      I could actually have loaded these trucks in one pass, as I have been able to pack the bucket with 13-15 tons of rock while loading 772’s! I would however spilled to much over the trucks, so I just took it easy with two small scoops.😅

    It doesn't look like the smaller trucks are designed to carry that type of load. They must not last very long.

    When you go back to your regular dump truck it must of felt a bit different as one shovel load isn't going to do it .. awesome vids

      Hi!🙋‍♂️ Hehe, it was surely a difference between the dump trucks and the rock trucks..😅
      However, this is not something that we do regularly, small trucks like this don’t result in high productivity..😄
      I have a perfect “pass match” with the 772’s, smaller trucks than 4 buckets capacity just breaks all efficiency!😄

    Scary how those flimsy dump body sidewalls flex when they are hit with large boulders! I always wonder how much force it takes to deform them.

      Yeah, these rock beds isn’t exactly as tough as the ones on our proper rock trucks.😄
      But they seem to last well even so, I have never experienced to break a truck, even though I have been loading trucks like this since 2001! 🙃
      One just needs to be a bit more careful than when loading ADT’s or rock trucks!😋

    You would think with the trucks being small as u say that ud have no problem filling them there barely half full my gaffer used to say a truck aint full till its falling off the sides

      Hi!🙋‍♂️ Well, you are right about room for more payload on these trucks, but they were hauling their loads on public roads, so I had to consider weight limits to avoid overloading.🤭
      Norwegian roads are well guarded by authorities, overloaded trucks results in expensive fines if trucks are too heavy when pulled over.
      A 3 axle truck like this aren’t allowed to haul more than 12,5 tons of payload, this 4 axle truck can load 16 tons!😝

      That's not the case at all as he has said it's about weight limits and you cannot have rock falling off the sides , people seem to think that's productive but if it's heavy rock that goes all over the roads and others risk tyre damage and then someone has to clean the haul roads and here in Australia if spillage on a public road you risk a fine and the cost of the cleanup so what this guy is doing looks perfect , I only load haul trucks that don't leave site then you can fill them more but anything I load via a front end loader once again you can have a truck that doesn't look full but even 100kgs too much and they have to remove 100kgs to make the load legal for the public roads

      Hi!🙋‍♂️ We are building a large industrial park, so this is no quarry!😋
      We are blasting and cutting down two large hills, to fill up several valleys in order to make a 200 acres large flat area!🤩
      You are right, there are not many flat areas here in Norway..😅 What’s flat, are usually wet and difficult to build anything on..🤪

      Bonsoir. Non pas sur cette série de machine. Cela vient sur les nouvelles séries ou un système de pesée est de série. Ici un chauffeur lui a dit à la radio que les deux premiers camions étaient trop chargés. Les lois norvégiennes sont assez strictes sur les charges. Les 6x4 prennent 12 tonnes, les 8x4 un peu plus.

      Hei. Jean spurte hvis du hadde en vekt systemet i maskin, hvis du kunne vite hvor mange ton du laster. Jeg svarte at vekt systemer er ikke på dette modell, og tok info fra andre svar i forhold til maksimal vekt for lastebiler. God helg til deg. 👍🏻😅

      Første lasset er alltid spennende, det er alltid forskjell på vekten av masser fra forskjellige steder! Disse bilene hadde vekt, så jeg fikk tilbakemelding om nødvendige justeringer ja!😄👌

      Jean, traduction de la réponse du chauffeur de la pelle. "La communication avec le chauffeur du camion fait foi. Les premiers chargement sont toujours 'interessants', on observe toujours des differences de poids entre les matériaux venant des différents endroits du chantier.       Hi!🙋‍♂️ This bucket is 6,5 cubic meters!😋 2,7 meters wide, weighs 8,5 tons!🙂
      It is rebuilt as well, so the knife is a bit more pointy and with 4 teeth, instead of 5 as there was originally!🙏

      @@norwegianearthmovers what is in your opinion better the 4 teeth version or 5 teeth? Because my company is not so happy with te cutting results of the 4 teeth Version. I have to make hard rock overburden with the 390F

      @@philipp3103 well, I might agree with your company..😅 I love the sharper delta blade, but I keep missing the fifth tooth in several situations! Would prefer 5 teeth next time the bucket might be rebuilt again or I get a new one, but I would like to have the 3 in center, 25 cm ahead of the corner teeth as I do now!😋 Originally, there was only 10 cm in difference of the corner teeth and the one’s in the middle, that made the bucket very “flat” and hard to fill.. I could actually like to have full point blade, without the flat point in the middle! 🤩
      As it is now, a lot of rocks tends to jam between the teeth, and block my filling cycle, forcing me to stop filling and open the bucket slightly backwards so the rock between the tooth is rubbed out..🤪 Takes a lot of time when this happens, would really like just to fill the bucket in smooth cycles all the time!😄
      I do also loose a lot more rock between these 4 teeth than I did with 5! I used to have the top from the tip of the teeth with 5, now I just spill everything that’s between the teeth all the way into the knife! Especially in fine rock..😄
      Aha, so you rip and load loose rock then? Or do you blast as well? 🙂

      Sometimes they have to make small blasts that the material is more easy go load but not a full blast like you do.
      Only in the production they make full blasts for the walls 20 meter length and 30 meters deep

      @@philipp3103 I understand!🤙 I can imagine that you experience some hard days at work then, hard rock can be frustrating to rip loose and get into the bucket!😅
      Even though we do our best to blast proper piles, they are not always as great as expected.. At worst I have had to tear down rock by rock, from the top to the bottom, havin a hydraulic breaker with me at all times..😝😄 Just hurts and feels frustrating those few times that happens, and wouldn’t want that for anyone! I feel abused and worn out after days in struggles like that!🤦🏻🤪
      What do you load the materials on btw? Large trucks, ADT’s or dump trucks?🙂

      Would have been too much spillage if I threw full buckets on these trucks..😄

      Hehe, han var på ja!😅👌 Var han som egentlig lastet disse bilene, men så ble det for mye ren piggstein for de som tok imot bilene..🤪
      Jeg ble spurt om å laste no finstein han kunne blande inn i piggsteinen i den flå salva han stod i, men siden jeg hadde lite og gjøre, ble det mer lønnsomt å laste bilene direkte hos meg!😄 Greit med litt dirigering av den vekten, så jeg er glad han fulgte opp beskjeden fra bilene!😅

      Hehe, det gikk greit ja!😅 Går ikke lang tid til å laste, men jaggu reduseres produksjonen drastisk med sånne biler kontra truckene!
      Må si at jeg ikke forstår de stedene de bestemmer seg for å kjøre hoved produksjon med lastebiler, blir vanvittig med lass, men ikke mange kubikkene som blir flytta..🤪
      Måtte lastet rundt 700 sånne lass, for å få samme mengde som jeg flytter på 300 772 lass!😅

      @@norwegianearthmovers led den str maskin bare kjør på med dumper å trucker for å holde fornuftig produksjon😊 skal ting ut på vei te ny lokasjon hadde jeg heller hatt mindre maskin å laste lastebiler da kan man sortere ut de største steinene å utnytta biler mer

      @@matsevensen707 hehe, jeg er så enig!😅 Nå var det riktignok en 352 som lastet dem, men han gikk tom for stein som de kunne benytte seg av.. Ble for mye ren piggstein for de som skulle ta imot lassene, så istedenfor at jeg skulle laste finstein og tippe hos 50 tonneren for å blande det inn, så ble det mer lønnsomt at bilene kom direkte til meg!😄
      Han andre måtte gjøre ferdig det han drev med, og kunne ikke flytte seg.. Derfor ble det sånn!😅

    سلام عرض شد ارادتمند دوست عزیز و بزرگوار، این کامیون ها اولا چه اتاق کوچکی دارند و دوم اینکه، چرا انقدر کم بار میزنید؟این بار برای این ماشین ها چیزی نیست،واقعا چقدر فرق هست،یکجا مثل آفریقا و خاورمیانه و آمریکای لاتین که تا چهل یا پنجاه تن کامیون را بار میزنند و حیوونکی نای راه رفتن نداره، و نه به اینکه یه جا مثل نروژ شما ده چرخ رو فقط دوازده تن بار میزنند،و باید خدمتتان عرض کنم،در ایران ما هم خیلی بار میزنند مخصوصا در معادن یا جاهایی که محدودیت بار وجود ندارد، اما در جاده های اصلی،کامیون های ده چرخ یا 6×4 وزن بارشان نهایتا باید هجده تن باشد که با وزن خود کامیون بشود نهایتا سی تن،اما کامیون های تریلی ،وزن بارشان سی تن،و با وزن خود تریلی باید از چهل و چهار تن بیشتر نشود

      Hi!🙋‍♂️ Thanks for sharing your thoughts!🙏 Yeah, I agree with you! That’s why we never load trucks like these in high production settings. Actually, we about never load trucks like these with our large excavators, this was only done because I didn’t have a lot to do at that moment.🙃
      One of our 352’s were loading these trucks, but he ran out of rock to load. So I had them for some hours while he got ready in another pile!🤪
      Trucks like these haul to slow, dump to slow, back up to slow and load to small and so on..😄
      So we only use road trucks when we have to, I’m regularly loading 772 trucks, and some 40 ton ADT’s when they appear at my bench.👌

      😅 The 352 that originally loaded them, ran out of materials for them..😂 So, then they came to me..😄 Was actually ok, since I didn’t have that much to do when I waited for a new blast to go in the air..😂

    Why did you only half load the smaller trucks? Able for a lot more weight than that

      Can only have 12 ton on Norwegian roads with the smaller trucks. The trucks was also driving on the public road
