Hey Mr Mungai Kihara. I have an idea to improve quality of content. I know that when you monetize videos on RUclips (YT) you select the time or point in videos the YT ads appear. How about you say, like on TV, “…And we’ll be right back after the break “ or “We’ll be right back after the commercial break…” then you go black screen for 2 seconds and at that point you place the YT ad. Just a suggestion so that it can actually feel like we’re watching TV and we’re not on RUclips. That will encourage the viewership of the adverts in full which means more money. Just an idea. I usually watch on another YT account.

Looks ok if its a retirement home. 155 sqm and the stair space... i doubt the rooms are spacious. I would redesign the upper floor and roofing to have a 3rd bedroom and make the lower floor bedroom my studyroom. Kitchen too make room for a dishwasher, what about laundry area? Space utility here was not well thought out. That primary bedroom balcony ...

The 47s u v upped ua game. The only problem is that u don't do landscaping n perimeter wall. Maybe u should consider all inclusive packages. Otherwise the house is ni n unique, but for a couple nearly retiring I would expect them to prefer larger story spaces.
