And one of the few affordable houses in the area without the "Kikuyu style" sink next to the sitting room... 🙃 (My wife is a Kikuyu and she calls those sinks outside of bathrooms architectural errors 😂) The finishing is very thorough. I also like the fact that the wardrobes in the BR are mounted parallel to the windows. That allows for installing a telly facing the bed. Who wants to look at a wardrobe from the bed? 😉 Keep them coming. I'm starting to consider buying instead of constructing but I think we have too many individual wishes as for the layout.
