This whole stretch has been my stomping grounds for the past 30 years.. and the only thing I miss on this whole stretch is @18:20 the old Midway Drive-in Swap Meet!

I grew up in Federal Way too, but I graduated in 2021. I was born in 03, so it's really special to see how things looked 12 years before I was born. The tape recorder was one of the greatest inventions ever made.

@@Roughneck26 Kurt Cobain used to take Drives through these Towns. In fact, he was last seen in Tukwila on April 5,1994.
Also, Kent was a BIG place for Heroin. No Joke. I saw Heroin deals get made at Federal Way High School behind it in October 1998, the dealers got the supplies directly from Kent. Kent was ALSO where Kurt got his Smack from.

I do like looking at some of the old cars. It really took both European and Japanese suspensions coming to the US to make a decent car. The old US "luxury" cars were really more like a boat rutter than a real steering wheel. They were soooooooo bad. Catallac was garbage until about 10 years ago... and now they are actually decent if you can force yourself to deal with an automatic.
