Now those are some really sexy pistons! I wanted to give you all an update on the car since it has been down these last few months. I really miss driving it and hearing that lovely 5 cylinder music. I have been extremely busy working hard behind the scenes to make all of this happen so I appreciate the ongoing support on the videos. I've got more surprises coming to the channel later this year, so I hope you guys are excited because I know I am! Thank you all for watching, I hope you enjoyed the video. I am super excited to get the car running and get back to my normal content so stay tuned! you guys are the best :)
Thank you friend, I thought maybe some of you had some interest in all this precious metal I've been collecting. I know there is literally no information out there on some of these parts so I decided to do a little "show and tell" on them. I'm glad you enjoy the videos, I have a big surprise coming soon to the channel and I am sure all of you will love it so stay tuned and thanks for watching!
So hyped for this build!! I’ve been waiting for you to post about the build. Very excited seeing this come together for you!! Keep up the good work😫sexy pistons
Nice to see you back, I really like those rods. I have two set of those high comp pistons stock stroke and 92.8 Stoke. E85 only way to go. Other fuels detonate.
@@quattro4life20vt for larger diplacement you can use 2.5 tdi 5 cyl block it can fit to 2.2t head - i see a few cars in sweeden with this setup - it can easly go over 1000hp

Looking for some info about replacing my Bosch CIS fuel system with like a standalone ecu and more conventional fuel injection. Anyone know a kit or have any tips?
@quattro4life Hey brother glad you liked the manifold and clutch. Now your bottom end is going to be extremely solid. I love the FRP Wisecos I have the High comp versions and same rods! Killer setup. Let me know if you want to seel the shifter arm Ill buy it from you brother
Thank you for your comment friend :) I just want to say thank you for all of your hard work and commitment to such an amazing community, much respect! The manifold is amazing, I cannot wait to get it on the car and test it out. The high compression FRP pistons look insane! I just want to hear them in person. Luckily, I will be at Bogdan's in a few weeks and I am not leaving until his car is running so hopefully we all can hear that amazing race car sound. As for the parts in the video... whatever I end up not using on this car will eventually make it's way to another car coming to the channel at some point. Again thank you for your hard work, research and development on these wonderful cars and engines. You seem like a very brilliant man and your work really shows that. Hope to meet up in person one day and pick brains, that would be fun... take care brother, keep on doin your thing!
Hey man, great videos! Have learned a lot from them! I'm looking for a mainshaft and first gear for my '94 s4 avant (CBL 01E), which has a 6 gear trans. Would you happen to know where I could find one? Thanks!
I'm not sure off the top of my head, I've never bought 01E parts individually other than the upgraded parts you see here. I always just bought a whole transmission and dissected it to get whatever I need. Thanks for watching!
Hey dude. Love your vids! Keep up the good work! A little off topic but would love your opinion… I’m working on an aan swap into my coupe. I was planning on deleting the oil cooler to simplify things for now. I haven’t been able to find much info, but have found some opposing views. I’ve read that the cooler actually barely kicks in due to the thermostat. I was just planning on plugging the ports for now (and adding a cooler later in the aux rad location if temps become an issue). But it got me thinking, would I have to remove the thermostat so the oil doesn’t dead head if the thermostat opens? I’ve had a hard time finding how the oil circuit operates. Any advice would be greatly appreciated (including calling me a fucking retard for thinking about deleting the oil cooler lol). Cheers!

Hi how are you? Is it the same as the ABY engine?
@@thacartermv9369 these pistons are oversize but the factory the internals are the same size. The parts number for the pistons are for the RS2 :)
Would love to pick your brain for a few minutes as I'm compiling parts lists for my first AAN build. Any way we could talk outside RUclips?
So hyped! Cant wait,. So many nice upgrades that I am really interested in.
Me too! Can't wait to get it running again and get back to my normal Sunday morning Autobahn adventures :)
Lol Very happy to heard you buddy.

Were did you find the oil pan baffle?
Sorry, I forgot to mention that. I got it along with the engine internals from Jeff Gerner at Four Ring Performance

Hello, where did you find those AAN oil sump baffles?
Sorry, I forgot to mention that. I got it along with the engine internals from Jeff Gerner at Four Ring Performance
where did you get this thing tuned? Im having trouble finding a tuner.
I just tune it on the street. Never had it on a dyno. Software is pretty simple to learn, you just have to go out and do it!!!
Yo where are you from ? Background?
hello what is the brand of the exhaust valve is it the original sodium cooled or performance valves

No like piston. low compression piston should be used and 2 mm short coneting rod to get max power
