- A question that has been asked of me a lot recently is how to zero your weapons, so I thought I would make a video explaining how you can do this. Hope y'all enjoy!

Hy that’s why I liked it too, I had zero one been bought but thought my gun didn’t take zero, and it turns out I had to activate it so I bought the other

Btw you don’t have to reset your perks to deactivate one. All u have you do is activate a different perk and it will deactivate the one you are currently using

I only care about knowing how to use it for all weapons rifles and bows I'm more of a fan of bows I unlocked level 1 zeroing and how do I equip it for a bow I got the bear claw lite cb 60

Hi great video. I just unlocked the zeroing so this helps alot. Just wanted to ask for 250 metres do you use 150 or 300? And how bout for 350-400metres. Can the 300zeroing manage to shoot that far?
For 250, zero for 300 and hold just slightly low of where you want to hit. Tiny adjustment, not a lot. For 400, aim high, towards the top of the back so the bullet will drop down to the lungs. The 300 zero makes those shots a lot easier than without
@@FishinFrenziCOTW . question. I just shot a moose 70 yards away and had the zero at 82 yards (something like that). I aimed dead on where the lungs supposed to be but the initial blood said no organs hit. I don't understand what's happening. this has happened more than once. Please let me know what I'm doing wrong.
What are you shooting the moose with?

but there was a few times that after playing for a while, I would shoot an animal and not get a hit or vital hit. heck one time a moose charged me after I shot and stood there broad sided. after emptying the 30-06 into its side (10-20 meters away I might add) I couldn't find a lick of blood anywhere. I believe it may have been my controller cause I was using a generic one. I just bought a genuine controller and so far so good.
What if when I hit r1 nothing changes? All it says is 1.3 m/s. I can't get it to transition to yardage and I also cannot toggle between different ranges. Please help
Do you have the perk activated? Oh, you have the windage perk active. You’ll have to reset your perks, then activate the zeroing perk

How do you set your zero to 300? I got the perk and mine only goes to 150 for some reason.
You first unlock short range zero, which is to 75. Then you have to unlock long range zero, which is 300
Can someone answer my question please??, I have my weapon zeroed for 328 but the animal at 200or250yds out but I do keep it at 328 zeroing lazy to switch it out but when I take the shot for 200yds it’s like if I dead missed when I know I’m on point with the lungs help please
That’s because you’re zeroed for 328. You are shooting right over their backs. Go to the lower zero distance for animals at 200.

What guns can be used to zero? I bought the scope and the 7mm and I can zero anything
All guns can be zeros. You have to unlock the perks first
@@FishinFrenziCOTW Yep! I got it, I was pressing F and nothing was happening, I had to activate the other perk that allows you to see how the wind is moving, I switched back and then it started to work again. I was completely confused, but I got it. Thank you?

Why not just keep it on 300 meters all the time?
Because then you’ll shoot over a close animal
what do you mean by that? the bullet travel upwards? lol
I don’t have time to explain it in detail, but basically the Gunn is sighted in to be dead on at something much further away. That means it would shoot high at something close. The bullet is still moving flat and in the same direction, it’s the inside of the scope that has changed to make you accurate at longer range

Don't really know what you are asking and im new to the game and don't have the perk yet but you want your zeroing the same as the distance from the target if its further go in the highest value zeroing and aim slightly higher for reference i believe the notches on the cross hairs are 50 so if zeroing goes to 250 and you are shooting at something 300 away the first notch below is where the bullet will go 😂its a lot but hope you get it
There are two parts to the zeroing perk. The first is short range zero and the second is long range zero. You have to have the long range zero in order to zero for 300
you need both points in it to get the far zero, and you can't zero all weapons to 300 mostly only rifles have that far of a long zero.
