  • In today’s session of the 21-Day Yoga Challenge, we focus on strengthening your arms and shoulders. This routine will help build endurance, improve posture, and increase stability, giving you a more toned and powerful upper body. Perfect for all levels, this practice will leave you feeling strong and energized!
    Remember to listen to your body, and modify poses as needed. Consistent practice will help you see great progress!
    Note: Always practice on an empty stomach. Keep a gap of at least 2 hours between your last meal and your practice.
