On a serious note, Vincent was dead right to give it to her with both barrels.
"Haul in the bankers and have them grilled" was bad enough, but "let them sweat" is possibly the most purile, childish, blatent pandering to the baying mob cliched comment I've ever heard out of the mouth of a politician, and that in itself takes some beating.
I expect and demand a higher standard of politician than this.
