This is some really toxic advertising, bro. You’re not going to level up this way. The circumference of your bicep is, like so many other biometrics, relative. Relative to your height; arm structure and length; age; metabolic factors; and yes, your goals. This whole little schtick you’re doing only reflects your ignorance about strength training.
It’s also pretty chauvinistic to start with “…we’ll you’re either a woman or you don’t lift,” and then to follow up with the next ‘stage’ at which you’re “making some progress”. So you’re both sexist here, and assuming that all people who strength train have equivalent goals.
Please take this very poorly thought our video, and anything else like it that you’ve made, off of the internet… then come back after you’ve done some personal development. Good luck on your journey.

When he say average man is 13-15 inch you have to remember the average man is overweight and has around 40 inch waist so their arms are more fat than muscles. Day 1: Biceps/Lats, Day 2: Chest/triceps, Day 3: Shoulders/serratus/legs, Day 4: Abs/Traps/Other back muscles

You should be doing full body work outs 3 times a week (5x5 preferably). Get stronger every week, and eat 400-500g of carbs a day, 2.5-5g of creatine, and drink 3L of water a day. Give it 3-6 months to see some changes. Aim for a 1lb a week weight gain.

15in biceps can look very huge especially if you get them to peak. Speaking from experience. I lost 2 inches off my biceps cutting for a show and went in with 15.5in biceps with them looking absolutely huge. They may not fill out the shirts but the details give the illusion that they're bigger than they actually are.
