Me as a 500lbs man: thank you I love flexing my 20 inches arms😊
The cut is gonna be insane
Not impressive if half of it is fat
@@LaurenForsterthat’s da joke bro lol
Unironically, you'll have a huge head start if you start working out seriously. Muscles love to grow while in an energy abundant state, so your newbie gains will be _wild,_ once you gain some muscle endurance.
If you keep at it for half a year, the results should be impressive, especially in terms of strength.
If you put your mind to it, you can do it!
I'm 14.8 inches on my biceps but I weigh 145 lbs and I'm 5,4. I'm currently 19% body fat at 21 years old. I'm currently bulking and working out consistently. I grew my bicep by 1 inch in a year. Don't listen to people that bring you down. Don't compare yourself to others as much as you should only compare yourself to your past self. Try real hard. Don't ego lift. Eat enough and give it time. Yes I've only lifted for a year but I can say I've been going at it giving my all to become the best version of my self.
Edit: I've hit 15 inches. I have a bubble gut but I'm starting my cut in January
Spot on brother
My arms are 14.8 as well. He said "you're not filling your shirts still" well I can't wear 2-3 of my previous shirts and t-shirts. Maybe because I'm standing at an amazing height of 5'6"plus 200-300 caloric surplus for a year. So yes, your height, body composition, genetics etc. matters which are all relative factors.
@@hritesh9057 thanks my man
@@arrow2380 yes and what I've noticed is that although you may be a hard gainer, the weight you gain looks impressive for us short guys and gals

Dependent on arm length and leaness. 15 inches lean on a 5'8 guy looks pretty big, while one someone whos 6'3 looks kinda skinny. 17 inches on someone whos 5'8 lean will have people questioning your natty status, while 17 inches on someone whos 6'3 looks similar to 15 on 5'8
what about 15 inches on someone whos 5'2? im short.

I have actual 19 inch arms and I'm a lot bigger than 99 percent of guys I meet! This dudes crazy!
Do those 19 inch arms provide any advantage in the octagon or do you still hope you never have to fight so you try to intimate people
@6ft7guy actually, no, a lot of guys are more flexible and have an easier time with martial arts. Being muscle bound is a hindrance to flexibility. Just because a guy is big doesn't mean one he knows how to fight or two can actually puch hard. So, no, they don't help in the octagon. It goes both ways some guys are intimidated. Some want to fight more to prove themselves.
@@6ft7guy keep a blick with me 🔫🤣 no need to intimidate but if someone act tough and be dangerous then boom boom

Yes this doesnt take height, bodyfat and wrist measurements into account.
