if you're wondering how training legs helps with size, increased testosterone and impved blood flow in the general area. not to mention high reps of some leg movements is probably the best cardio bro. trust me... that is will have you light headed... stronger lowerbody also puts some power behind your stroke game and sometimes dudes dont hit them spots just cuz they aint thrusting hard enough

A squat and a hip hinge movement is really enough, no need for isolation

i need to say that the leg day exercise you showed is a bit bad because you are using a belt which shows that you were not using your core as the stabiliser so that also gives you fake confidence that you can take more weight than you actually can. ALL videos saying "Get bigger" or "Stronger, harder amd longer lasting" suggest doing exercises that deal with legs (some even throw in core). This is because the extra blood flow and attention to lower muscles, especially those near the groin, will promote better blood flow to the one eyed snake lurking in the zipped cave. Stretching with also greatly help as it will remove potential knots amd also promote better blood flow. But please remember, cover your pocket rocket before you stick it in her socket
