He explained in his twitch stream that while filming this he was stabbed in the eye with rusty forceps but insisted to keep filming even with a swollen eye. He pointed out if you look close at the scene where he's holding his own head, look at his eyes on the severed head Ren. You can see its swollen. He refused to give up. He pushed through it and finished filming. Dedication to the max. Ren is not of this world. I say it all the time, Ren is an enigma.

Ren produced the entire Slaughterhouse album on his own in part because of the Kujo situation. It's a lot of work, especially because he also directs his videos, but the payoff is worth it.
