Played Red Dead Redemption 2 for the first time last year. I haven't been able to play anything else since. It was one of the best experiences of my life, and calling it a game doesn't do it justice.
The Witcher 3, Elden Ring, Horizon Zero Dawn and Horizon Forbidden West, Red Dead Redemption 2, Ghost of Tsushima and Days Gone. No special order but there are the best.
I just finished RDR2… Dude this game is the best game ever made… my standards about gaming went so high because of that game. Maybe ghost of Tsushima can compete
For me there are many very beautiful open worlds. But the ones I liked the most are in these 4 games: The Witcher 3, Blood and Wine (dlc of TW3), Red Dead Redemption 2, AC Origins. Ps: The ancient Egypt is really amazing.
I'd 100% add Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora to this list. It does an amazing job of capturing the world of Pandora and just flying around or existing in that bioluminescence while hunting or gathering is awesome. If you like Far Cry -or- the setting of Avatar it's fantastic.
I find the remastered version of Insomniac’s Spiderman, and Spiderman 2 to be a sweet open world game. I can spend hours swinging through New York City.
Jesus Christ is lord amen. John 3:16 for god so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son for that whosoever believes in him shall not perish, but have everlasting eternal life amen!
We have seen more fantasy based open worlds like GOT, Horizon forbidden west, Harry potter and Spiderman 2 post 2020. They are great but i am craving for more realistic AAA open worlds like GTA 5, Mafia, RDR2, Days Gone, if that makes sense.
I’ve played most of these on PS4 and PS5. Some even on Xbox One. The graphics are not disappointing for any of them on console. PC is obviously just an upgrade.
Jesus Christ is our lord god and savior and he is coming back soon and we are saved through faith in him alone and by his grace that covers all of his sins past present and future amen!

I envy everyone here in the comment section. I have ADHD and playing these games is very difficult for me because of how distracted I am all time, no matter how much i try to concentrate on the dialogues, i tend to get distracted. It's like I am looking at the screen but I am not really really looking at it (in the sense I have just zoned out). God bless all who can actually enjoy these games, and all the best to you people, including gamewise :)

Adventure is a 1980 action-adventure game developed by Warren Robinett and published by Atari, Inc. for the Atari Video Computer System (later renamed Atari 2600). The player controls a square avatar whose quest is to explore an open-ended environment to find a magical chalice and return it to the golden castle.

Very happy to see "Mad Max" get a shoutout. Underrated gem.
Witcher 3, Cyberpunk 2077 and Red Dead Redemption 2 are my main favorites.
Gonna get Ghost of Tsushima next when there's big sales on Steam.
Ghost of Tsushima is masterpiece
Oh you'll never regret GoT... Just plat it on Hard mode for more fun

@@supacopper4790 they have a sequel it called Ghost Of Yotei coming this year and will PS5 exclusive
You're getting a thumbs up just for mentioning Adventure for the 2600. That brings back memories.
This is a best lists for games regarding open world none of these games are boring or bad all are masterpiece .
I would love to suggest DAYS GONE
I love days gone ❤
Actually such a great game
Great list. I missed Days Gone, though. One of the best games ever...
The Witcher 3, Elden Ring, Horizon Zero Dawn and Horizon Forbidden West, Red Dead Redemption 2, Ghost of Tsushima and Days Gone.
No special order but there are the best.

@@palomel yeah man first person is difficult I am not used to it though it's hand combat
@@palomelThat's the point. Henry is just a blacksmiths son, he doesn't know how to fight.

I’m replaying Origins for the first time since release and I forgot how amazing the world of Egypt is. Such great scenery for a game.
AC: Origins. A masterpiece...
Pretty amazing list!
Glad you think so!

Cyberpunk and Dying Light some of my favorites. STALKER 2 was buggy for me
STALKER 2 has had a few patches now it's running okay on newer NVidia cards.
bruuuh i don’t see anybody talking bout mad max. i remember play it. its actually so good. anybody else get me?
What mods do you use for skyrim?

Some of these games are modded to the tits, bear that in mind before you buy them and possibly be visually disappointed…

Elden Ring is still my favorite. 🙂
I think death stranding is the only one I’m weary of.
Where is Batman Arkham Knight? Otherwise really great games!
Yall know what else is MASSIVE
Hey I just started to play Dying Light 2 Stay Human
how is it??
ghost of tsutshima is the best❤
how good is days gone ?
One of the best.
☝🏻 true. 🙂↕️
I wish they woild stop making so many first person games. Especially in open world and action adventure. It only works for shooters.

Shows the most heavily modded Skyrim I ever ever seen….
must play for all of the potheads😂😂
Actually meant to say Potterheads haha :-)
Only games that are actually very open world is NMS-ESO. The rest of these games are trash.
Far cry 5 and mad max are repeatetive
If you got TotK in there, then why not Genshin Impact or, if you want something more detailed and newer, Wuthering Waves
You know what else is massive?
my di-
What?

@@PooperScooper000 low taper fadeeeee
Damn no Avatar FoP
A lot of comments praising RDR2. They must not be playing it on PC, cuz the controls are horrible.
That Skyrim video is misleading
Perhaps but we talked about mod usage in the segment. Bethesda also actively encourage the use of mods on their older games.
Hogwarts Legacy for all the potheads out there
13:16 massive you say?
where is oldschool runescape ?
It's more of an MMO than an open-world game.
Uhh hey buddy open world games have not been around for 40 years. Not really sure where you got that information 🥴

@ lol yeah okay bud. “Open ended”. That was not an open world game
Ultima I: The First Age of Darkness" (1981) and "Elite" (1984) are more traditional open world games.
@ not really an open world. More like an 8-bit platform game. That’s like saying any video game with an explorable map is an open world
Thats not skyrim gameplay lol also ru a bot?
It was Skyrim, just modded footage. I think the point being made was that you can play the game how you want which includes modding
Thats skyrim with mods looool
Generic list of games he pulled by googling. Not really enlightening.
Disagree about Horizon.
The witcher 3 best game ever❤
Yes.
