  • Researchers at Ohio State did numerous Leadership Studies that built upon other research on the task and relationship behaviors of leaders. These studies pick up where the Michigan Leadership Studies left off. Ohio State researchers looked at two key variables: Initiating Structure and Consideration.

    I believe most anyone would put themselves in the top right box, especially after learning that this is the most effective way of leadership. (even though they actually may belong someplace else entirely)

    i guess i am in top right box . i like to take feedbacks and participation from my subordinates at the same time demand discipline and right attitude towards work.

    i have a feeling that i am in the 1st quadrant in both consideration and initiative structure. i have high emotional concerns for the people i lead and very high concern for our interaction platforms
