    भईया मै बहुत परेशान हु 😟🙏 मेरा 2400 mtr का running 15 दिन में ही होने वाला है और मेरे से बिलकुल भी नहीं हो पा रहा है । 10 मिनट तक जैसे तैसे कर पा रही हु फिर सांसे फूलने लग जा रही है तथा पुरी तरह थक जा रही हु,, क्या करू?? 🙏🙏please help me 🙏

      Pehle slowly slowly jitni distance tk daud skti ho, utna kro...kosish kro ki 500 m ya 1 km tk kr pao.. Agr 1 km tk kr leti ho toh better hoga thn uske baad rukna nhi h n baaki distance tez walk krke puri kro.. Next day kosish kro ki 1 km se aage 1000-1500 m tk run kro n baaki distance tez walk.. Aise hi krke daily badhaane ki kosish kro.. And abhi time na dekhna.. Jb 2400m pe aa jao run krke tb timing ka dekhna n usi hisaab se kahn kitni pace badhani h wo try krna.. Aur workout bhot jruri h pre N post.. Pani khub peeyo.. N ostocalcium wagerah lelo.. Protein lo chane N mungfali bhigoke khao.. Doodh peeyo N eggs lo
