Hello from Canada 🇨🇦 I would love to visit Russia. After watching all these videos from Russia on the different RUclips channels, they have made me fall in love with Russia. Cheers 🍻 to you all in Russia 🇷🇺 ❤ 😊
Daniel, My wife visited Irkutsk a few years back and visited a children's hospital there for infectious diseases. We donated a load of toys and what we could at that time. Maybe you could visit there and make a video to get some donations for the kids. They couldn't take monetary donations but needed clothes, toys and treats for the kids. Lot of kids were sent there and are there for long term care and are very appreciative of anything you could do for them. We would be glad to send donations for them if you want to buy some toys and clothes for them. They will touch your heart!

If you don't know the origin and previous use of sleepers it would be better to get rid of them. Wooden sleepers on the railway roads were impregnated with creosote usually. It is a rather toxic and carcinogenic material. Yes, creosote may have already evaporated over the past time. People say that it wears off in 40-50 years. But the decision is yours. There is a stream in the lowlands next to you. Does it flood your land lot in the spring?
I don’t need all of it I kept half the load. I can’t use most of the railroad ties since they are just so toxic. I am using the wood to make walls I’ve already shown in the last clip of it goes.
I've been working on a construction site in America for 15 years. Order a crane to lift the material onto the roof or to install tracks (floors knocked down in advance) It costs $150 per hour to get on the roof. Even if you need it for half an hour, it's still $150. The crane is stationary. If you need to order such a large tractor for such a large job, it will be about $200 per hour. For four hours, $800 . The city of Cincinnati, Ohio. In Chicago, it will be one and a half times more expensive. In New York, Boston is twice as expensive . In San Francisco, I think it's three times more expensive! (I worked for six months in San Francisco. The prices there are unrealistically crazy)
Dan have you thought about connecting your house to the garage? Could connect through the banya, would give you a place for firewood storage as well. Writing from the US, love Russia and its people and very happy for your progress making a new home there.
Unfortunately it would be illegal location because it would sit too close to the neighbor house. Besides there’s an electric pole making it impossible to turn into through that side I closed it off as you may have seen later in the video but yes that was the plan brother
I am planning to come to Russia next year to learn more about the people, the culture, the weather and the language. We hope to move to Russia in the near future. It would be great to meet up, and help out on your land.
So happy for the 2 of you this is such a beautiful real life story and movie script to witness you and Zenya (Hope I spelled that right lol) taking it step by step one a time I aspire to build my own home myself as well. Awesome for you carnale! 🗽❤🇷🇺💪
We don’t want to burn the wood because we have used it to build walls I’d also like to use some for making barbecue and then of course using the ash for fertilizer along with the cow droppings all of this is of course considered 🤝🏻🤝🏻
I'm glad you are taking care of the drainage issues. You are so right... you can never be too careful about that. Are you going to put in a driveway eventually? I'd put concrete down very deep, as it will have stresses from the weight of vehicles and vehicles starting and stopping on it, or you could even start it with dome larger gravel, then smaller on top, for a gravel driveway. I don't know what is best for your very cold winters, but I'm sure you are doing your homework. It's nice to see a young couple building a home. Much love from S. California (Ventura county). ❤
You’re a fellow Californian it’s always amazing to see people from my area watching! I’m from the San Fernando valley 🤝🏻 I will make the drive way a lot after the house because I don’t own a car the garage build will be later but will be for storage at first 🤣
Hello to Australia 🤝🏻that city always makes me laugh I did visit once while active in the marines. Hilarious Australians chaotic I fought along side them as well
I see old long seasoned beams sawing off the superficial part, leaving the beautiful wood underneath, should be the delight of a good cabinet maker, my Scott fourth great grandparent was one,
Why don't you take the roof off the cow house, fix the walls a bit and put a metal roof on it, and use that for your tools and storage shed. Like that you won't have to remove all those bricks...The table you broke up just needed a new top, plywood and you would of had a little table for drinks and food etc. Reuse if you can, because you will need storage.
The house of bricks was a stable for cows. There’s about 30 years of flight inside I will not use that for anything. But I have storage in the other building made of wood 🤝🏻🙏🏻
Dan and Xenia you did a lot of heavy cleaning, your land looks spacious. Are you planting fruit trees apple pear peach in future. Trees attract ground water for the bore well. Good luck , God bless your hard work.😊😃

We didn’t fill the bins up too much it was just those 2 loads you saw on camera. It’s taken out more regularly than 3 days in that area the land waste management is in the town itself
Living in rural colorado mountains, where it is ridiculously expensive for land , houses, food, gasoline fuel prices to to go anywhere . let alone illegal migrants are everywhere. I can not believe how affordable Russia is , clean, and safe .
I really like this stunning landscape around your plot, those huge green hills🤩And I find the plan of your future house very good too👌. I wish you success in realizing all your plans
It looks much better and it looks its real size now. I’d make few suggestions/observations if I may -don’t throw wood, anything that’s not too badly warped can be used to make framing for pouring foundations (please, please don’t throw those railroad pieces, get a small planer and a bottle of linseed oil and you’ll have the most beautiful garden beds made of them) -the brick from the stable is unsuitable for ovens/bbqs, you need another type of brick -I’m not sure of the exact configuration of your land and its surroundings but maybe you should allow a small angle incline towards the opposite side to the hill, in case there’s a flood, a landslide/mudslide, you don’t want the water or mud stuck in your yard, it should be able to drain towards the lake. Again, I’m not exactly sure about the actual terrain. Keep at it and get yourself a bunch of tools😊 Also, Ksenia is a machine, Siberian woman is definitely strong😊😊 PS I commented about the incline/ramp exactly before that last part when you said you would taper off
By the way the land will be at an angle at the end, the brick won’t be used for bbq pit other than to mark the edges. The wood was already reused in a well build on the next episode. A lot of the things you say are noted and already taking action 🙏🏻 thanks for the suggestions it means you’re watching it means really you’re awesome
Watching with a friend, he says you should have had a bonfire with that wood. Props goes out to the tractor operator. It is pretty difficult to level land with just a loader. Nice to see the home coming along.
Why would I burn wood that is toxic 😅 I’ve kept all the wood I’ll use to make walls which I already have. But people must understand it’s not healthy to burn railroad ties or wood with a bunch of 💩 on it
You can do what ever you want 🙏🏻 thanks for the kind words I’m humbled. If you make it here you’ll have a friend in me. Please consider sharing the video as it helps the channel grow.

I'm originally from LA. NEVER going back. I dare anyone who thinks Russia is an evil place to watch the dozens of RUclips videos of Americans living in Russia. It will make you ashamed to call yourself an American
Although many people in Russia put buildings close to their fences/borders, it's prohibited. Usually, nothing will happen if your neighbors are okay with it but if they complain you'll be forced to demolish the construction. Even if your current nighbors don't complain, they might sell their house to somebody else who will force you to follow the law even before settling there. Also you won't be able to get official documents for such building. Keep all this in mind when you plan your territory. There are also other rules on placement of stuff: you can't plant trees close to a fence (which is not that painful to fix), there is a minimal distance between neighbors' houses and so on.
I have to load videos days in advance to make sure the subtitles are in Russia RUclips generates the words I say. When the video is long it takes longer to generate. I hope you understand that 🤣🙏🏻

This is exactly what the area needs, new blood to make things going. You could be a driving force there. Good luck with everything!
I am planning to come to Russia next year to learn more about the people, the culture, the weather and the language. We hope to move to Russia in the near future. It would be great to meet up, and help out on your land.
I welcome all good people to these lands 🙏🏻🤝🏻
Yes it’s absolutely beautiful thanks for watching consider sharing the video it helps the channel grow thank you!
So happy for the 2 of you this is such a beautiful real life story and movie script to witness you and Zenya (Hope I spelled that right lol) taking it step by step one a time I aspire to build my own home myself as well. Awesome for you carnale! 🗽❤🇷🇺💪
It’s Ksenia but thanks so much for the support and kindness it means a lot!
I’m from the San Fernando valley 🤝🏻 I will make the drive way a lot after the house because I don’t own a car the garage build will be later but will be for storage at first 🤣
The area you live in is beautiful with all the trees. It looks like here in North Carolina
Yes it’s a lot like America thanks for watching
Looking good, you guys are doing a great job!!! USA, I have been to Russia, it's beautiful and would love to visit again.
Thanks a lot.
Hello from melbourne australia
Hello to Australia 🤝🏻that city always makes me laugh I did visit once while active in the marines. Hilarious Australians chaotic I fought along side them as well
Lots of good wishes to you and your adventures in Siberia from around the world. Live happy and prosper.
Thanks so much I hope you enjoy the episode when it comes out
It’s going to be good 🙏🏻
I see old long seasoned beams sawing off the superficial part, leaving the beautiful wood underneath, should be the delight of a good cabinet maker, my Scott fourth great grandparent was one,
I’m using the majority for fence building and small improvements on things around the plot
Good luck , God bless your hard work.😊😃
Yes once the plans are finalized we will seek locations for trees🤝🏻🙏🏻
Thanks a lot for watching it will take a long time but we will never stop
Good job, Daniel! Glad to see man like you, trying hard for yourself and your wife.
Stay hard
From West Siberia with love
Siberian family! Thanks for the support
Coming winter you are going to need that wood to stay warm.
Yes I won’t be throwing it all away 👍🏻
The smaller wood will be fire food for barbecue days. Or for heating in winter in wood stove 👍🏻 the building location of wood will be a banya and the brick building will be a location for garage
Wishing you and your wife the best. Good luck to your endeavors!
Thanks so much!
Thanks a lot my friend
God bless you, and your wife. I wish you and your family many happy years in your new home.
Thank you so much! It will take time for us to finish the build but we will do it!
Just flatten the yard and start from scratch! Make a garden chicken coop, a pig pen and a milking cow for milk! Don’t go crazy! Just enough to fill your freezer for winter!
Awesome! Much Love from the Philippines.❤🎉
Thank you! 😃
Hello from Seattle, WA. Russian women are very caring, loving, faithful, and hardworking. You are made for each other.
Thanks for the kind words 🙏🏻🤝🏻
I would definitely keep those piles of woods buddy. Lots can be done with it. Shashlik, barn wood fire etc etc.
Yes it’s what I’m doing with half the pile. I didn’t have to keep it all I also already built a fence with the pile
Watching from southeast Michigan, USA. We are also building our new house this summer. Fun to watch your adventures 😊
Thanks for watching wishing you the best on your build!
Being married to a Russian, they are truly unique. She likes to work with me doing physical labor then she turns around and makes our house a home and makes a hot meal with ease. I am truly blessed
Yes I agree this is the reality, thanks for watching my friend
I don't believe a word of it.
@stuartbritton4811 too bad troll. You're missing out.
Interesting video . Whoever your camera operator is does a very good job. Take care of your back young man your a very hard worker.
The majority of the shots are done by myself but my fiancé ksenia is the second operator of all the videos
The land looks much bigger now, after the trash is all moved, this house is going to look Super. from Australia
Yes it’s for sure large now that it’s a lot more leveled!
Greetings from Flagstaff.

With an excavator you can build the perfect homestead, orchard and everything
The plan is great. You're great couple. You gonna make it. And I'll be watching the progress.
Thanks a lot for the support! This episode compared to the last a lot of change!
this is probably the best time a man can have when he builds his own house in a beautiful and safe place with his beautiful wife.
You can walk up the hill next to your house to drink tea with a view of Lake Baikal, the greatest reserve of fresh water on earth.
Yes this is the goal to build and show people the heaven I’ve found
Poppycock!
@@Wild-Siberiaand the only thing I can say to that, is, ................!
Thanks my friend we will most likely build next spring! So we have a lot of time to prepare !
Yes everything you said is real
I really like this stunning landscape around your plot, those huge green hills🤩And I find the plan of your future house very good too👌. I wish you success in realizing all your plans
Thanks a lot for watching and for being kind I appreciate it 🙌🏻
Thanks for the stream. I think it was very informative and I like how you approach everything in a practical and common sense kind of way🙂
Thanks for joining the stream premier! Thanks for watching please consider sharing the video as it helps the channel grow 🙏🏻
I am so glad that Knesia has gotten past her shyness on camera, she is quite lovely with a beautiful soul that shines.
She talks when she wants for sure 🤣 the new live she spoke a lot
It looks much better and it looks its real size now.
I’d make few suggestions/observations if I may
-don’t throw wood, anything that’s not too badly warped can be used to make framing for pouring foundations (please, please don’t throw those railroad pieces, get a small planer and a bottle of linseed oil and you’ll have the most beautiful garden beds made of them)
-the brick from the stable is unsuitable for ovens/bbqs, you need another type of brick
-I’m not sure of the exact configuration of your land and its surroundings but maybe you should allow a small angle incline towards the opposite side to the hill, in case there’s a flood, a landslide/mudslide, you don’t want the water or mud stuck in your yard, it should be able to drain towards the lake. Again, I’m not exactly sure about the actual terrain.
Keep at it and get yourself a bunch of tools😊 Also, Ksenia is a machine, Siberian woman is definitely strong😊😊
PS I commented about the incline/ramp exactly before that last part when you said you would taper off
By the way the land will be at an angle at the end, the brick won’t be used for bbq pit other than to mark the edges. The wood was already reused in a well build on the next episode. A lot of the things you say are noted and already taking action 🙏🏻 thanks for the suggestions it means you’re watching it means really you’re awesome
@@Wild-Siberia I can’t resist a build or a renovation series☺️ And I love how enthusiastic you are about the place.
You should have rebuilt the cow pen or pork pen and chicken coop! So you can have food for winter!
Beautiful spot with a lovely scenery! I’m sure you will enjoy your new home once it is ready. Well done mate!
Thanks a lot!
Keep strong, bratan.
🤝🏻 lot to be done
Watching with a friend, he says you should have had a bonfire with that wood. Props goes out to the tractor operator. It is pretty difficult to level land with just a loader. Nice to see the home coming along.
Why would I burn wood that is toxic 😅 I’ve kept all the wood I’ll use to make walls which I already have. But people must understand it’s not healthy to burn railroad ties or wood with a bunch of 💩 on it
Dude You've been a constant source of inspiration to me and keep doing what you do! I am sure I going to join you in RUSSIA in the near future!🙏🙏🙏

When watching your video broadcast at the appointed time, I am torn in two all the time. And the video is interesting to watch (what was done there) and there is always interesting communication in the chat.🤣 I'm rushing around like that Vicin in the movie "The Caucasian Captive"😂😂😂
I hope you enjoyed it brother thanks for the never ending support it really means a lot. Please share the video if possible as it helps the channel grow 🤝🏻

Waiting as always Mr Daniel, frankly speaking I enjoy almost everything you post simply because you bring it out uncensored and it's purely educational in most cases, one can learn two or more from every video of yours.

I too want to move to Russia. I'm am so disgusted with Vancouver that I get sick when I turn on the TV
Sounds like a city that’s a lot like Los Angeles New York and San Francisco
I'm originally from LA. NEVER going back. I dare anyone who thinks Russia is an evil place to watch the dozens of RUclips videos of Americans living in Russia. It will make you ashamed to call yourself an American
Hello from Pennsylvania, USA!
I would absolutely love to visit Russia, it has always been a dream of mine. ❤️
Hello thanks a lot for watching
Although many people in Russia put buildings close to their fences/borders, it's prohibited. Usually, nothing will happen if your neighbors are okay with it but if they complain you'll be forced to demolish the construction. Even if your current nighbors don't complain, they might sell their house to somebody else who will force you to follow the law even before settling there. Also you won't be able to get official documents for such building. Keep all this in mind when you plan your territory. There are also other rules on placement of stuff: you can't plant trees close to a fence (which is not that painful to fix), there is a minimal distance between neighbors' houses and so on.
Yes we know all of this 👍🏻
Thanks!
No thank you! It really means a lot!
