That rice grain light blue dial is simply georgeous. The 1908 line does seem to hold a lot of potential - just imagine dial variants and complications being added to the lineup in time to come. It will be very interesting to see how the 1908 evolves and the reception it gets over time

Only issue with it is that Rolex seems to releasing just a handful of them. Guess they don't want to oversupply before creating enough hype and demand.

Great video...but as for the releases, I just can't get on board with them at all. Feeling very underwhelmed by both brands 😢

Tudor , the people's champion had done it again! This is the key of success, give people what they want and you will win! That slim Kenissi GMT movement. That is the winning recipe for a perfect GMT & i think it'll be my next watch.
When Tudor wins, Rolex wins. Rolex is very smart. targeting audience to buy under 5k watches but also under 20k watches which is the audience for Patek and AP.
These guys are professional branding experts

Nothing wrong with gold though. Seems like only liking steel now a days is the “cool” thing to do. Not everyone wants “quiet luxury”

Rolex is trying to get to Patek level. Tudor is becoming what Rolex used to be.
