    I get emotional watching this because I am a nurse practitioner with the same amount of debt (I started with 330k now down to 240k) I am working three jobs with three kids and man o man this video just makes me so pumped to keep going. Thank you.

      @@davidmason777 Welp unfortunately our culture makes every feel like being a victim is an excuse so a lot of our sisters fall into that. Which is why we have a lot of them blaming their poor financial habits on 'systems' and people before even sitting down and looking if they budget/use their money wisely now.

      Well, I think everybody knows that healthcare workers work their butts off. I have many in my family. All of them are passionate/obsessed with their work. Besides getting to help people, they say that they love getting to learn new things everyday.

      That's what's so frustrating. People don't realize how much hard work and sacrifice we put into making money and just assume we must have come from a well off background. I grew up poor and earned it all myself. I also had someone a month ago ask me what my husband does when they saw my car. I bought it and earned it myself, I'm single, no one bought this for me. So annoying!

      FACTS. Ppl have a lot to say about working hard and doing for themselves, but when they see example after example of ppl like this doing EXACTLY that, they come with jealous bs. Her results are remarkable, but not impossible as long as you actually DO THE WORK. ⚡️⚡️🏆⚡️⚡️

      With that kinda salary you should be able to knock it out in 10-12 months (gazzelle intensity) or 14 tops (a little more loose). Go get it!!

The 'hustle/team no sleep' culture of today can have you thinking if you're not grinding your life away you're failing at life....when in reality that couldn't be furthest from the truth....we all have our own journey....complete yours in whatever way works for you!       Just make extra payment every two weeks. That extra payment $100 or more goes directly to the principal.

      I’m all for working hard but that doesn’t seem safe to be working that much in a medical profession. It would be so easy to make a mistake. Residents aren’t even supposed to work more than 80 hours. I wouldn’t want someone in charge of my health and safety who is working that much and operating on so little sleep. One medication error and you’re dead.

      I can't speak for anyone else, but I wouldn't want the nurse taking care of ME to be vastly sleep deprived and vastly overworked for such a long period of time. Same applies to the pilot flying the plane I'm in.

    I’m 24 and I have so much student loan debt from grad school and undergrad. Seeing someone that looks like me that worked so hard to pay off her debt truly inspired me. Love this! Congrats hun. Now live your life and make sure to treat yourself for all of that hard work!

    Wow! I’m on the same track as an RN. I have 70k in student loans left and taking on another full time position pay it off in the next 10 months. This is the inspiration I need to knock this debt out. After that it’s only my mortgage. I’m ready! 🙌🏽

    I tried this formula of working 80+hours a week and I fell asleep driving on the highway. Be advised you can work yourself to death. It’s not worth it based off my experience.

      True. Not everyone can do this. Do what you can, but always push yourself a bit so you don't get stagnant.

      Yes I have done this. I put myself where most of my commute is trains but I live in MD we gave decent regional intercitytown trains most places don't have that.

    I used to applaud people like her usually and used to have a similar reckless approach to working hours, until my body (after ignoring my mental health) put a halt to that.
    Don't recommend that for a longer period of time.

      Definitely. Any longer and anyone would've been burnt out, mentally and physically. I'm glad she met her goal because I understand how it's better in the long run. But how was she able to consistently go to 12/13 hour hospital shifts with JUST A NAP?!

      @@arlenekbarrera Yes, that's crazy. Especially when you have so much responsibility as a nurse. It's one thing to be reckless towards your own health, it's another to possibly endanger other people's lives. I wouldn't have done it especially for that reason. I could never forgive myself.

      I’m a nurse. You won’t believe how many people refuse to pick up extra shifts. Yes the opportunity is there but less than 10% of nurses take advantage of it

      SHE has been willing to DO what most are not. Live like no one else, so she can LIVE like no one else!!! A rare and most inspiring "Go getter" who was willing to rise and grind. She pushed herself to JUST DO IT!!! She is an extremely admirable young lady. Beautiful, smart, energetic, determined, and accomplished! There is nothing going to stop her once she sets her mind on achieving goals! 💜

      I agree! I wish I could pick up extra shifts like that at my job. I mostly get overtime on Monday’s because it’s so busy. My over time is unpredictable
