I love your videos, they are so clear and easy to follow. Thank you!! You mentioned that you would share your highly converting email, don't see it in the list, did you change your mind?? :)
These automations can absolutely 10x your power dialer results. Make sure to watch part 1 in the description to learn how to build this power dialer inside of GoHighLevel. Hope it helps!
I love your videos, however, hate GHL from the bottom of my heart considering half of the functions are not where they used to be and I'm spending literally hours of my worktime looking for them. Built the powerdialer few weeks ago and now I can't start it because I don't find anything.
It can definitely be frustrating. I've had my moments with GHL. But once you get use to the updates, it's not too bad. For the power dialer, really the only difference is where you go to start it (Manual Actions) which is now located in the Conversations tab and not the Contacts tab.
Do you know how to manage timezones? More specifically, let's say I don't want to call people in PST at 6am while I start dialing at 9am EST, is there a way to avoid them? Should I just make a different list?
Hey Matt, great tutorial. Everything worked great except being able to add the "no answer" leads back into the power dialer. I've tried to troubleshoot but cannot get it to work. Does this have anything to do with the "power dialer" tag already applied to the lead or because the lead has already been in the Power Dialer Workflow?
No. Go to contacts and filter your list by the no answer tag and then just re-add them to the workflow. Make sure "allow multiple" is turned on in the settings tab of the workflow.
Hello, very cool, thank you. I am wondering if it might be more convenient to create one long workflow with some conditionals and multiple manual calls. After a week or two of contact attempts then move it to another colder marketing pipeline.. just an idea.
@@LeadsForLocals are there no longer call campaigns in GHL, or is it just my limited free trial? I would like to organize the workflow based on call status etc but it seems like some things have change. Sure this is more of a question for their support but just wondering.
Can i have more than 1 power dialer workflow happening at one time? I need to make multiple calls quickly so i'd like it to jump from one workflow to the next that brings in back into the dialer.
Haven't tried that. But I think you would have to have multiple sub-accounts for that because you can only dial out from 1 phone number at a time, and it only dials one contact at a time.
@@LeadsForLocals Yeah I've figured that out. It will be about managing the team and dividing the workload. But the issue i am having now and having my leads in the work flows. I was manually tagging while i was working my list before using the dialer but now it seems my leads are in all the workflows now.
I don't see how this is better than just calling people and leaving a personalized voice mail instead of a boilerplate. Also I don't understand how it gets the voice mail into their system.
#1: Everyone is different. Some people want a system that auto dials for them to save time. #2: You can trigger automatic follow up that sends emails, texts, and voice drops depending on what happens with the call. You can't do that with manual calls. #3: The voicemail gets to their phone via a voice drop. I show this in my other power dialer video in the description
We should set the "Completed" and "No Answer" workflows to "PUBLISHED", correct? In the video that step wasn't there so I just want to be certain. Thanks so much.
Here's my tutorial on email marketing using GHL. Should have a link to get my GHL success checklist which includes my email template: ruclips.net/video/uCVBsny97PU/видео.html
Yes. To run through all of the contacts again, you would need to add them to the power dialer workflow again and do the same process. In other words, the power dialer only calls contacts once anytime you add them to it.
Hey Matthew I did the GHL setup with mailgun but for some reason whenever I try to send out a test email I get the error "Something went wrong Could not send the email. Please try again." I have no idea what I'm doing wrong/...
Without seeing anything I have no idea either. But I recommend using LC Email now instead of Mailgun anyways. It's a lot easier to setup. You can learn more here: ruclips.net/video/ZRjPi3ysx-I/видео.html
@@LeadsForLocals Just curious as to the methodology. For me I have mortgage leads from different Pipelines. So you would essentially duplicate the opportunities into a separate dialer Pipeline? I can see how that can be efficient vs hunting and filters in Contacts.
can i create a pipeline stage called. "no answer 2" then have a work flow that changes them from no answer to no answer 2 and it sends them a seperate text/ voicemail? is that possible?
I COULD!! along witht he text/email/voicemail, i set it to ad a tag "no answer". then set a workflow to detect that tag, wait 24 hours, then add manual call again, i think ill do a second text,vm, email too!!! thank you for teaching
Matt, another question for you.... let's say you send the voicemail drop and they call you back and they say "I am returning your call" and then you say "who is this?" and they say "hey you called me dude don't you know who you called?" LOL I can see that happening right... is there a way that HL can tell you who is calling so you can avoid this conversation?
Yes. Go to phone numbers in settings, select your phone number to edit it, and there will be an option to insert a call whisper. You can insert the contact name value in it and will say the name of the person calling
Instead of updating and changing the email/text/voice drop. Can't we just create the follow up workflow with lets say 12 different emails/texts/voice drops? If so, how?
You'd have to mark the lead with a new tag/custom field each time it goes through the workflow, then set up an if/else statement, that looks to see which tag it does not have, it would be pretty complicated but doable
I did this step by step and double checked it. None of the automations happened and all the same set of leads were in the original power dialer. None were moved to an unanswered or completed automations. Does it take a day or so to update?
Hasn't updated. Not sure what's wrong. The same leads I called yesterday are still in the same work flow with no movement due to any of the automations in place.
Can you send me a message here in RUclips with a short loom video showing the workflow you have setup? I'd have to see it to know what needs to be changed.

Wouldn't you also need to remove the tags, or is that done once they are removed from the workflow? Amazing content.
Not necessarily. If the person picks up and moves forward in the funnel, you can have a remove tag action. That's usually what I do.
Fantastic content!

Should come up automatically after you end call in the system.

I don't. But I have training on how to generate your own leads.

You don't have to. Just an organizational preference.
