Haven't heard of that before. Have you tried clearing your browsing history? It could also be an extension you have installed. Sometimes extensions mess with certain sites. Also make sure there isn't a pop up blocker that's preventing it from working properly.
Great video, super helpful! I just cant seem to find the manual action button. Maybe its because I have the newest version its slight different, but thats the one part I am not sure of. Any workarounds or something I am missing about the manual action section
Quick question, when I set up my automated responses for a no response, it calls my phone everytime before leaving a voicemail. How do you set it up to where it will just send the sms, email, and vm without calling again?
You just select the contacts you want to add and then add them to the power dialer workflow. Then you go to the Manual Actions feature, which is now in the Conversations tab, and then click start.
Got this working in its basic 1 call form. - Now we're steadily trying to get it to work where the dialer PHONE will dial another number for the same person without having 5-7 Contacts with same info, diff ph# (if we dont know which PH works) Seems the Manual Call tag will only look for the 1 field and not move to any other fields within that Contact.
I got the power dialer working, I see theirs a count down to how long it takes for it to auto call the next caller. Is there a setting to make it switch to the next call after every call quicker? Right now it takes like 15-30 seconds to auto call without hitting next for the next contact and I'd like it to be like 5 seconds to call the next contact in the workflow created

Hey Thanks for the video! Question: We have 2 sales people, can we make 2 separate dialers for each one named to them, and then for the reporting will that mess it up?
