How do you give access to your clients through client portal in order to access conversations? Also how do they get notified through text? That someone’s reaching out ?
Good video. Have you found a way to show the SMS or Email chat out of hours vs Live Chat in hours? I see the schedule in the automation but no way to show each form on a branch.

Do you think selling this door to door would be worth it? I feel if I can show them all of this plus more for them to see for themselves, and they get to know me, it could be quite successful. im gonna try and approach 30 businesses.
