Good decision, came from your popcorn video to here. I been 4 years smoke free, 3 years, Caffeine or tea free. life is much much better without those. but keep your guards always, on. if you slipped once, a repeat loop will start. it will take same type of efforts to quit again. our subconsious mind has imprints, and in back of our mind, we have an illusion like these substance are precious, and life is nothing without these. According to me, when everyone around us doing it, caffiene is someone more difficult to quit, because hardly people thinks its bad, and also ease of availablity. its a gesture, or affection, everyone ask coffee or tea to guest. learn to say no, no matter what. when you are stressed out or mind is weak, thats when our subconsious imprints, reminds you "Just have one" Thats a trap. :D Take care.

This is so true. I quit caffeine four years ago for four months. Then I fell back in the „just one cup“ trap. Since there I struggled quitting caffeine

@@saschabraband4528 don't give up, keep on trying, eventually you will be free. when i was quitting, i failed many times. I highly recommend you allen carr, easy way to quit smoking, even though its on smoking, but highly relatable. I am an audiobook person, you can listen or read, they even have 1 hour video too. Make your mind aware on how these sinister trap works, and once you understand in and out, its very easy to quit. Take Care.

@@sunilk423 Thank you very much 🙏🏻 I read the Books „quit caffeine“ from Allen Carr and caffeine blues from Steven Cherniske. I don‘t give up. Perhaps in a view years the will handle caffeine or coffee like smoking

@@saschabraband4528 oh great. That's good. I remember, even allen carr failed for me a while. What worked for me was audiobook, listen in one go. And repetition of same stuff again and again. I realized, if i listen or read it will gaps, it wont affect my mind in such a way to make a change. When i do it will focus only doing that, it did me miracle. I wish you all the very much. Though these struggles are lifelong, just struggle changes, i think that's what life is.

I am on the second week of quitting, drinking Teeccino herbal coffee and I notice I have very vivid dreams now - such an odd side effect

It's madeness bro. At my peak I was consuming way more than I'd ever like to have. Proper addiction. I think it's best to have coffee once in a while as a treat and if you need caffeine regularly stick to black/green tea. I'm not suggesting people go fully caffeine-free but its good to give ourselves a break from coffee and caffeine and connect with our true selves.
